Hotel Villa Carlotta

Villa Carlotta is located in a residential area which is very quiet in a natural surrounding of trees and nature. You can walk to Florence in 30 minutes time. We would stay here again.

Old world charm but in need of renovations ans some serious cleaning.

The beds are brken down. Matresses are at least two decades old and look like they were bought from an old hospital. Air-conditioning does not work in the rooms and hotels and it appears this is part of a cost-saving exercise called 'technical problems with A/C'. The hotel on the next street is a much better deal.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet and classic spot in Florence. Off the beaten path but in walking distance from everything. Breakfast was great and so was the air conditioning.

Internet access in the rooms instead of the lobby would be better and some of the carpet/plumbing fixtures need renovating.

Great location just out of the city centre in a nice part of town at the start of the green area before the gardens. Quiet and relaxing - it was great to spend the day in the city and finishing up amongst the greenery of a nice Florentine villa suburb. Easy 15 minute walk to the river. Grand old villa and facilities were good. Combined our main requirements for location and budget.

Location - you may live around perfect gardens and in walk distance from city centre.

1. There is no kettle in the room; it’s necessary to address to reception any time you would like a cap of tea 2. I’ll not recommend anybody to have a dinner at the hotel – it seems they cook it in microwave

It was very quite and the lady at the entrance was very effective in fulfilling every request we had.

Breakfast should include vegetables.

Nothing is too bad

The hotel is too old!! Everytime someone used the toilet was like a thunder in my head ( every single night I woke up because of this!!); You could hear other people just like they were in your room!!;Needs a serious cleaning (while I was there the corridor where my bedroom was, was not clean once!!; Dust was everywhere in the hotel) ;

Alte Villa in ruhiger Umgebung. Nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte eine große Auswahl.

Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Il pacchetto sweet florence non viene rispettato. Nessuno mi ha comunicato il parcheggio, la colazione in camera non è stata servita. Per altro, la camera è piena di zanzare e I muri sono di "carta velina"

La proximité du centre ville de florence, moins de 20 minutes a pieds du ponte vecchio, à 5 minutes des premiers musées et du jardin boboli.Un parking gratuit , la connexion wifi gratuite et le prêt de vélos gratuit également.La possibilité d'acheter des tickets de bus directement à l'hotel.

Personnel sympathique. Bon petit dejeuner.Chambres spacieuses et propres.
