Very nice hotel!! Really clean, nice rooms, nice bathroom, and very good service. The hotel staff helps you a lot to enjoy Florence The hotel location is excelent.

The hotel offers free parking which is great in Firenze as you cannot drive into the historical part of the city. It stays 20-25 minutes walking from Ponte Vecchio which may be hard for old people but you can take the bus into the city very close to the hotel and avoid the walking part. The hotel is very good, staff is great, breakfast is excelent!!!

Not too close to the center, although stays in a calm, quiet and nice atmosphere area.

Nice design

Need to put a bigger LCD than 19". Need to increase the water pressure in the bath room. To put a coffee machine for breakfast or self service and no need to ask the waiter for more coffee.

The hotel was for us in a fantastic location as we were travelling by car and we could park for free.We would like to thank to Stefano especially every morning he served us the breakfast with enthusiasm and pleasure we enjoyed very much.We would vome again.

We are a couple who chose this hotel for a 6 night b&b stay to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. This was a perfect choice for us. Excellent hotel with extremely helpful staff. We would recommend this hotel to our friends. The 20 min walk into the centre of town was a pleasant stroll for us each day. Florence is a wonderful, magical city with loads to see. Hotel Villa Carlotta and the sights of Florence gave us a holiday we will never forget.

The hotel is located in a nice area. It is 15 min walking distance from the main attractions in the city. It has the advantage of beeing not far from the city but away from the crowd. It is an elegant area of Florence with nice villas and not noisy. Parking space is an advantage. Breakfast is fair. Everyday the same but it exists. I enjoyed my stay there. It was first week of December so not too many tourists butthe hotel was full.

Friendly, knowledgeable English speaking staff (special mention for Silvia) nothing too much trouble. Position in residential area among beautiful villas first class Spotlessly clean.

Breakfast poor and boring with poor food choice - poor quality ham and processed cheese. Once the food had gone it had gone - it was not topped up so don't sleep in! 15/20 min walk to Ponte Vecchio became rather wearing over the 5 days. Public transport excellent - take the 36 or 37 bus into town for €1.20. Taxis averaged €10.00. Other quests noisy but that not hotels fault and they did offer to move us.

Marginal quality and choice of food characterized as American breakfast with no option to pay more for omlettes or eggs cooked other than boiled.

Nice comfortable Hotel within walking distance of Florence. Stayed 2 nights here as part of overall touring Holiday in Tuscany. We needed a Hotel near to Florence with car parking facility, and Hotel Villa Carlotta fitted this purpose. Nice friendly staff, clean Hotel with a good breakfast
