Great location just out of the city centre in a nice part of town at the start of the green area before the gardens. Quiet and relaxing - it was great to spend the day in the city and finishing up amongst the greenery of a nice Florentine villa suburb. Easy 15 minute walk to the river. Grand old villa and facilities were good. Combined our main requirements for location and budget. |

Location - you may live around perfect gardens and in walk distance from city centre. 1. There is no kettle in the room; it’s necessary to address to reception any time you would like a cap of tea 2. I’ll not recommend anybody to have a dinner at the hotel – it seems they cook it in microwave |

It was very quite and the lady at the entrance was very effective in fulfilling every request we had. Breakfast should include vegetables. |

Good location if you come with car. Avoid the center of the city. Our room was pretty dark and just behind the reception desk. The bar of the hotel was closed in the evening. |

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were lovely, spacious and comfortable. Area is nice and an convenient walk into Florence. The walk into old town through OtroArno was on crowded heavily used route into town. |

Gastvrij, behulpzaam personeel en perfecte rustige ligging net buiten het centrum. Alles is op loop afstand. De kwaliteit van de matrassen van de bedden: veel te zacht. |

Freundlich, angenehm und sauber. Wer erst gegen 10:00 Uhr zum Frühstuck kommt findet ein etwas leeres Buffet vor, das auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt wird. Ansonsten alles ok. |

Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. Le personnel parle très bien le français. Le parking à l'hôtel est sécurisé. L'internet est gratuit dans la salle commune (maximum 1 heure). A proximité de la ville (15 minutes à pied du Ponte Vecchio) par la rue (la traversée des jardins Boboli coûte 10 euros !). Emplacement idéal pour qui vient visiter Florence sans vouloir reprendre la voiture. Beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre. Une rénovation de la salle de bains s'impose, de la chambre aussi. Le petit déjeûner est pauvre, avec de l'eau teintée à la place du jus d'orange. Literie OK. |

Bien situé, en dehors du centre ville de Florence mais pas trop loin car à vingt minutes à pieds environ. Possibilité aussi de prendre le bus. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'hôtel, le service, la gratuité du parking privé. Nous avons mangé au snack restaurant de l'hôtel le dernier soir: meilleur et moins cher qu'en ville. Donc, évaluation très positive. |

L'hotel Villa Carlotta est bien situé, dans un jardin, hors la foule, un peu en retrait de la ville (20 minutes à pied). On peut surtout garer sa voiture dans un parking intérieur. Cadre un peu suranné. Peu de restaurants alentour. |
