Location; pleasant environment
Need window screens,; need some uplift to common areas, carpets, etc.
Great service Friendly staff Clean rooms
Noise from the nearby main street Simple breakfast
Personnel: great professional attitude, really good English speaking, helpful, relevant information Breakfast good for a few days, quality products WiFi works great Clean, green, quiet area, transport network across the street
A bit far for late hours; but if you don't spend the night in the city center then no problem
The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast was quite good considering it was included in our package. The breakfast room and outside garden area are nice.
The location of the hotel is absolutely horrible. There is nothing (restaurants or sites or shops) around the hotel or within walking distance. We got very lost for three hours trying to find our way back to the hotel one day and nobody we asked knew where it was. You are not allowed to bring food into the room and we soon discovered this was due to a bad ant problem they have.
Very friendly and helpful staff! NIce Villa and area. Clean and nicly furnished rooms. Good bathrooms.
The buses are going frequently to Venezia and Termini, however most of the time overcrowded. In hot weather it can be a bit inconvinient. The metro is a bit long walk from Villa. Breakfast should be more variated.
You will meet there a nice english-speaking stuff, always ready to help you. Everything was clean during our stay and although Rome was really hot, our room was always a warm place to run from the sun. p.s: great variety of food for breakfast, you'll certainly enjoy it.
The walls are a little too thin..a few times we were able to hear our neighbours speaking which might be a little unpleasant for those who can only rest in very quiet places
The staff was very friendly, humorous and well informed about sightseeing and public transport. Breakfast in the hotel garden was lovely. And we liked the little fridge (mini bar) in our room.
The staff very helpful,good location
It was a very comfortable room with pleasant staff. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning in their lovely garden area.
Everything seems to be OK. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast (do not forget to ask barman for a coffee :)) Location is also OK - the hotel is not so far from the Termini station. Will stay here again next time in Rome.
There is a kind of quest when you need to receive Internet access. You can receive a free account at the reception. But every account has 5 hours of internet time. So in case of long stay and many devices you need to receive new accounts again and again.
location, cleanliness, staff, brekfast, coffee
A little out of the way in terms of location. Rooms very small for double room. Infact tiny. Breakfast not very good at all.
Nice B&B hotel, need to change the carpet in the hotel common areas
The attention and the relationship between installations & rate.
beautiful garden, helpful staff
the room was very small and basic, but still OK for this price
Excellent service, wonderful breakfast
Nice personel, speaks italian (sure)), english, french. Very convenient connection with Termini train station. A bit far from the sightseeing places (have to take one or two busses, or you can take metro only in 10 min walking), but is located in the nice, quite district. Near is Villa Torlonia where you can spend nice time. The hotel has small but very beautiful garden with benches, tables and chairs to relax. The breakfust is standart (for me it was enough), the hot dishes as omlette, etc. you can order for the extra payment. The rooms are clened everyday. They have elevator.
Single rooms at first sight seemed too small, but in the end I've got used and it wasn't a problem at all.
Amazing little family hotel, perfectly located in a quiet place in Rome. Very nice neighborhood. But most of all,the staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly and i would like to believe that we made some new friends there. Perfect!!!
Staff is exceptionally friendly! Included breakfast fit the bill and it was a great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again. Location is outside the city center, so it tended to be quieter at night - - good for us but may not be for you. Water pressure and temp. in shower/tub were good.
Although bus stops very nearby, we choose to take the 5-10 minute walk to Metro - - Not a problem, just saying. Bathroom could use a painting bc of humidity.
The hotel staff were excellent -- friendly, accommodating, and available for any question that we had. Location is a ways outside the city, but good transportation connections via bus. (Metro was a bit of a hike - 10-12 minutes from Bologna.) The entrance of the hotel and general setting of the neighborhood is beautiful. A relaxing setting.
Distance from the main tourist area makes it a bit of a challenge to return to the hotel for a mid-day break, if so desired. But this is known at the time of booking - one can look at the map and see the location. It is not the hotel's fault. One of our guests was in an economy single and found it to be very small, and said it had the smell of a dog from a previous guest. (I, on the other hand, found my economy single to be fine). Breakfast was sparse in comparison to other places we stayed at on this trip. Very little protein (one type of luncheon meat, one type of cheese, and yogurts), heavy on the carbs. Great coffee, though! Rooms are not well-insulated against sound.
İt is in a very peace and quite place. The building and its garden are very nice. The personnel are very helpful and polite. The breakfast is good.
Poor Wi-Fi Poor air condition Fair breakfasts
staff were friendly and helpful
breakfast was too limited and cooked breakfast should be included in the hotel price
Everitig Nice place to stay in Rome
location: The hotel is situated in a very beautiful and quiet surroundings, just about 10-15 minutes by bus from the main bus station Termini (quite good bus connections from the hotel to the city). I would like to appreciate especially the staff in the hotel- they we were really very kind and willing to help with everything. The room was clean and there was made the cleaning service everyday. The breakfast was also very delicious (especially the croissants and cappucino). The wifi connection worked out without problems.
The room was quite old furnished, for those who will expect the luxurious accomodation, this accomodation probably will not meet their expectation. But for normal tourists or businessmen, who just need to stay over for a couple of days, it was really good value for money.
