Staff is extremely friendly. Guests have an opportunity for additional little money to order good breakfast.

Be prepare that ordinary single room is extremely small ( really)!

Staff was very kind and helpful. They swiftly gave me the opportunity to change room after the first night without charge. Very good value for money. I loved having fresh cappuccino for breakfast.

The room where I stayed the first night was really too wet (ground floor, room 25 if I am not wong). I think that they need to close that room or deeply renovate it. But they changed the room immediately at my request the day after; so it was not a big deal.

Room spacious specially for a big person, very comfortable bed. Breakfast good. Will definitely stay again in this hotel whenever I visit Rome. Close to a big supermarket and bus stops.

Shower not convenient for big people.

While the rooms, location, and price were great...what made the visit extraspecial was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful, pleasant, and accomodating. Great place!

Rooms are very, very small. Breakfast is very cheap. Staff at front desk was not helpfull at all. They didn't give as any useful information about how to get tottown and to the airport.

Clean and new toilets. Very Quaint. Simple.

Worn out carpets. The rooms need upgrading. space in the toilet was less. Un easy to sit on the bidet.

The pictures don't really do the place justice. It's a lot nicer in real life. The room was bigger than I was expecting and the bed was really comfortable. I was in a single room but the bed was a double on the 4th floor. It was clean and came with a minibar - complete with Prosecco!! There was also a safe for my belongings and it was free of charge. The bathroom was a good size and the towels were huge and looked brand new. There was also an array of complimentary toiletries. The shower was warm and powerful. The Internet in the hotel was beyond excellent, I was able to stream some of my favourite tv programmes in the evening, in my room, and it was only 2 euro per day. The breakfast was great and was available from 7am until 10.30am. Toast, tea, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt, cereal and pastries were all free of charge. The service was outstanding, reception were most helpful. The iron at the hotel was broken but they organised for a company to come and collect my clothes, have them ironed for 2 euro a piece and delivered back to my room within the hour. Exceptional. They also organised taxis to the airport and told us great places to dine out. I had a friend come to stay with me for my last night and the hotel did not charge me extra, whilst we were out in the day the staff put additional towels and toiletries into the room to accompdate for my friend. There is nothing that I can say to fault this hotel. The breakfast was lovely, the services was exceptional, bed comfortable, great high speed Internet and an 8 minute walk to the metro.

Very friendly and polite staff and management, the ambiance and location suited our requirements, easy access for public transport into the centre of Rome, the only downside was the lack of restaurants in the area, but for a short 3/4 day stay it was not a major problem.

It was the best hotel i lived in Rome! The hotel is on Via Nomentana which is only 8.50euro from Termini by taxi. It is a safe area and main road which hardly hear the noise from the city centre.Great location, bus stops are just right cross the street. Buses all head to major attractions (e.g. Termini, Piazza Venezia and Vatican city). Also, it is abt 10-15 minutes from metro station Bologna by feet. Having breakfast in the garden makes you feel a great day just started. Although the hotel only has 30 rooms, everything is in good condition. I lived in a single room which is quite small but it has everything i need. Best thing is that this hotel has the beeeeeeeeeest service! Every receptionist and housekeeping was super polite, warm and helpful. They all can speak proper English. They will give you best suggestions abt the city. I would love to live in this hotel again next time to Roma.

Rooms are kinda small. Couldnt find the waiter/waitress when breakfast time gets busy.

I recommend this hotel, it was really good choice..breakfast - typical Italian , nice location (not noisy) -10min walking from Bologna metro station, receptionist very helpful, possibility to smoke in the room and in the garden

nice and friendly staff. Location is good if you do not mind the 10min walk to the metro. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is small but rich and left at least none of my wishes open.

The hotel is not in the tourist area of Rome, so it is nice to come back to the quiet after a long day in the crowds. The room was large enough for three adults to move around comfortably. The bathroom was a good size, and had everything we needed. Everything in the bathroom functioned as it should. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, and functioned well. We had near 100 degree temperatures while touring Rome and we were cooled down quickly after returning to the room. The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do. We were there for a holiday, and the staff told us about some fireworks that would be happening one evening. That was probably one of my favorite things about the trip, and we would have never know about it if it weren't for the staff. The breakfast (included) is a typical European breakfast of meat, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, and pastries. Make sure you eat outside in the garden to complete the breakfast experience.

The only negative we had was the lack of functioning WiFi. There were networks available, but we were not able to connect. The staff told us they called the technicians, but during our 3 days there the problem was not resolved. The staff did let us use the hotel's computer, but we only used it for a couple of minutes. I would not depend on use of the hotel computer during your stay. If there is WiFi available it will cost 2 Euro for 5 hours.

Good location. Near bus stop and metro (10 min walk). Remote from tourist crouds. Room was nice and clean. Staff is helpful.

Via Nomentana is large and rather noisy str. It is not comfortable to sleep with open windows.
