The staff were good. The location is great. The hotel is in the process of building large function rooms and advertising for weddings etc. Most of the bedrooms centre around these. I expect that the noise will be greater than normal so it would be best to enquire if a function is taking place during your stay. The building works caused only minor disruption to our stay, the pool was not in use but not needed because of the weather but the closed restuarant caused a little inconvenience. We had little sleep on the last night as the hotel catered for around a coach load of 12 year old school children who arrived late, ate late and caused distrurbance outside during the early hours of the morning.We normally enjoy staying at this hotel, it is convenient for visiting family, so we will give it one last try.

Reception staff were helpful. The Senegalese man who ran the bar and served breakfast was very helpful and pleasant. We used to eat in. The dining room was closed. The pool was unusable. My friends would have used it, had it been open and not sludgy green.

Posizione all'interno, sulla provinciale fra Ostuni e Alberobello, più vicino a Ostuni.Struttura molto bella e immersa nel verde, nuovissima e pulita. Stanza ampia e accessoriata. Colazione buona su una bella terrazza all'aperto o anche all'interno. Personale gentilissimo.Piscina all'aperto usufruibile gratuitamente. Parcheggio gratuito nel piazzale attiguo molto ampio.

Le confort de cet hôtel situé dans la campagne. L'organisation du petit déjeuner : buffet trop éloigné des tables avec un réapprovisionnement très aléatoire par le serveur (il manque toujours quelque chose) et une attente du café servi par le serveur trop longue (arrive en fin de petit déjeuner).

Le calme la nuit.. Chambre pas aérée et sentant le moisi. Travaux dans le jardin au moment ou l'ensemble des clients se trouvent au bord de la piscine : tondeuse, débrouisailleuse, etc.. Piscine et jacusi pas nettoyé : mousse verte, sol glissant donc dangereux. Accueil très froid.

La posizione,la tranquillità,la location,buon rapporto qualità/prezzo La pulizia è abbastanza "sommaria" sia in camera che al ristorante.Il servizio al ristorate è molto lento e in alcuni casi scortese. A colazione può accadere di attendere anche 25 minuti per un cappuccio. Sempre a colazione, in una terra ricca di fichi d'india, angurie, meloni, pesche, uva viene servita solo frutta sciroppata in scatola. La piscina, luogo potenzialente molto tranquillo, il pomeriggio è aperta e in alcuni casi invasa dagli abitanti del posto. Il pomeriggio alle 18:30 un addetto passa ad avvisare di abbandonare I lettini perchè entro le 19 li devono sistemare tutti in perfetto ordine. Chi non lascia la piscina è "pregato" di sistemare il proprio sdraio in linea con gli altri.

La struttura è molto bella immersa nel verde e le camere hanno un arredamento moderno e sono pulite. La colazione a buffet abbondante con cornetti caldi Il frigo in camera non funzionava. Il problema non è stato risolto, nonostante è stato fatto presente al personale della reception

La posizione tranquilla, immersa nel verde, piscina stupenda, gente educata e rispettosa, buon cibo e flessibilità del personale. Camere funzionali, semplici e comode. Consiglio a tutte le persone che desiderano un posto tranquillo e non lontano dal mare o dai stupendi posti che offre la Puglia.

La posizione ed il verde. Lo staff è molto gentile La prima notte ho dormito in una stanza che oltre ad essere piccola non aveva condizionatore ed oscuranti. Tutto questo con scarsa insonorizzazione della stanze e quindi rumori durante la notte. Il giorno segente ho cambiato stanza ed ho risolto I problemi.

Personale della reception molto gentile e preparato. La camera era pulita. La piscina meravigliosa anche se non ho potuto utilizzarla dato il tempo. La cucina eccellente: ho approfittato del mio viaggio per assaggiare le specialità pugliesi.La sala di recente apertura davvero bella e luminosa.

Le calme, vu que nous étions pratiquement les seuls clients. Le 1er jour, nous avons reçu un accueil très froid et personne n'est venu nous accompagner jusqu'au bungalow. Aucune suggestion pour nous conseiller un restaurant vu que le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé pour transformation.

Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile. La camera era pulita e riscaldata al mio arrivo .Ottima la cucina e la colazione molto abbondante. La struttura è bellissima immersa nella natura, ma il centro abitato si raggiunge in pochi minuti.
