prachtige kamer met een geweldige plafondschildering.Een museum waardig. Fantastisch ontbijt, heel gevarieerd.

het inleveren van de autosleutel, waarbij men ongevraagd onze auto gebruikt om deze te keren op de parkeerruimte.

Het ontbijt is prima, en zeer uitgebreid. Goede parkeergelegenheid in de tuin. kamer was simpel maar voldoende. wij zaten hier voor de helft van de prijs, ik zou zeker niet het volle pond betalen. het centrum is 20 min lopen, maar je zit zeker niet afgelegen.

rij niet het centrum in, je riskeert een hoge boete. het hotel ligt net buiten deze zone.

Kamer oud, maar schoon, smalle trap (uitsluitend voor deze kamer), ontbijt prima, prive parking, goed bereikbaar, op loopafstand van het centrum

niet echt ontevreden, maar we hadden de twee oudste kamers met z'n tweeen, en de badkamer apart van de kamers, wel privacy, prijs navenant

Excellent location - walking distance to the most of Florence attractions. Stylish and well placed in XIX century town villa. We had nice room with garden view and balcony. Good breakfast.

Very helpful staff

Easy to locate from the ring road. Parking was provided. We stayed in the garden annex which had two bedrooms so was ideal for a family. The breakfast selection was good and the walk into town easily manageable.

Originally a private house, we loved the fact that public rooms and bedrooms are furnished with antiques. Having parking in Flornece is a real bonus and it is an easy walk from the hotel to the cathedral, and other key sites. We received a great welcome from Laura and other staff were helpful and friendly. Definitely somewhere we would stay again.

Good location close to the centre of Florence (about 25 min walk), yet a rather quiet street. Lovely interior (e.g. painted ceilings) and garden. Good breakfast. Parking possible in the garden for little extra cost.

No elevator, but did not bother us.

Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size and it was clean. Quiet at night given it was only a 10 minute walk from the centre.

The rom was very basic and had no real facilities or luxeries. The breakfast was a rather poor offering of low end ham and cheese with a suprpising amount of cake available and coffee that was undrinkable. I also thought it a bit cheeky to charge 15 euros a night to park you car in the car park, especially when the car park is the 'English Garden' they use as part of the sales pitch. They do mention the charge in the hotel spiel at least. All in all whilst it was just ok. I felt disapointed that the actual hotel didn't live up to it's billing.

Very good breakfast, the hotel a little bit far from the center (20min walk). The parking is expensive 15euro per day
