Hotel Villa Maremonti is located in Tuscany, one of the most beautiful areas of Italy, on the Versilian Riviera just a few yards from the sea. The hotel is a typical Tuscan villa of the early 1900s, bought by the Donati Siciliano family in 1970. The villa has been completely restructured in order to restore it to its original beauty and enhanced with such modern-day comforts as air conditioning, satellite TV, safes, and minibars. Friendly atmosphere and due to just a few rooms it felt more like staying as a house guest in a private villa. Decor was charming and a world away from the corporate look so common everywhere. Lovely pool and gardens, free cycle hire. The stay would have been made a lot better if there had been tea and coffe making facilities in the room. The location is very quiet end of town so car or bikes are essentiial to those not fond of long walks.

The hotel staff are excellent.fabulous balcony and sea views. Too expensive throughout. Room too small. Noise of a night people slamming doors. Location too far away from any nightlife and convenience stores. Very snooty resort in general english were not made to feel welcom at all. I had to leave4 days early to t a member of my familt taking ill and was refused any compensation or refund as the payment had been made through booking.com. The managment could not have cared less and I was very upset but they were not concerned and did not even have the courtesy to wave the final bill of 109 euros for hotel usage. Disappointed in general would not go back.

Hier ist alles bestens. Sehr idyllisch, romantisch und in bester Lage. Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das wlan System ist überaltert und funktioniert nur sporadisch in den Zimmern.

viisakas teenendus ja asukoht. toad viletsad ja hommikusöök üldiselt kesine. Selle hinna eest ootasime midagi palju enamat.Olen väga tihti itaalias ja peatun hotellides mis on ligi kolm korda odavamad aga tase on sama.

Van het zwembad met de ligbedjes en parasols. Je hoefde niet op het overvolle strand te gaan liggen.Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er werkt zelfs een Nederlandse mevrouw.Je kunt er fietsen huren om naar Marina di Massa(2 km) of Forte di Marmei(4 km) te gaan). Airco op de kamer. Het is een oubollige sfeer met overwegend chiquere oudere Italiaanse gasten. Dit is geen klacht, maar iets waar je als gezin met 3 twintigers rekening mee moet houden. Geen contact met leeftijdgenoten. Men noemt kamers 'Victoriaans', maar eigenlijk zijn ze gedateerd en zeker niet ruim. Op de site wordt een veel luxere kamer getoond dan die wij hadden. Voor 4700 euro 1 week met z'n vijven in dit hotel(met eigen vervoer en alleen met ontbijt) vond ik het veel te duur. Daar zaten we vorig jaar incl. vliegreis 5 sterren All Inclusive voor op Tenerife.Aan het hotelpersoneel heeft het niet gelegen, dat was echt perfect.

Voor een 4 sterren hotel was de badkamer enorm klein ! Je kon je bijna niet draaien in de badkamer ook de douche was maar 70 X 70 Cm groot ??? Voor de rest viel het hotel nog wel mee.

het is een familiehotel . Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt zonder veel luxe. De kamers en de badkamers zijn klein maar wel heel proper.Het zwembad en de tuin zijn zeer gezellig en je komt er tot rust. Je kan er buiten eten gedurende de ganse dag en het is er altijd zeer rustig. Prijs kwaliteit is dit een goed hotel en wij gaan er zeker nog terug. De kamers met zeezicht hebben een zeer mooi zicht op de zee en het ontbijt is ook lekker.

Hotel má přívětivou atmosféru,je příjemný a klidný,okolí pěkně upravené,velký a čistý bazén s dostatečným počtem lehátek,v recepci lze zdarma zapůjčit plážovou osušku,jízdní kola na výlety po okolí. U bazénu by bylo vhodné mít několik menších slunečníků než 4 velké.

Atmosfera garbata Camera piccola, troppo piccola, senza alcun comfort, in rapporto alla definizione superior, al numero delle stelle (4) dell'Hotel e al costo per notte. Hotel senza ascensore. Se prenotare via internet significa non ricevere una sistemazione adeguata alla tipologia scelta ed al costo, certamente dovremo rivedere questa metodica. Quale sarebbe stata la standard ci chiediamo?

Personnel très accueillant. Grande piscine, beau jardin ombragé, proximité plage. Très bonne cuisine. Chambres assez spacieuses. Cadre de la villa et décoration sympathiques. La salle de bain est exigue. La cabine de douche est cassée et doit être rénovée.

eine wunderschöne toskanische villa,direkt am strand Frühstück war in Ordnung,sehr leise gemütlich pool und anlage sehr schön zimmer ohne balkon geht gar nicht bad zu klein,zimmer zu klein,wie in einer ölsardine zimmer mit balkon und meerblick ist super!!

Hôtel agréable et "cosi", beau jardin avec une piscine magnifique, le choix entre une salle à manger classique, une véranda romantique et une jolie terrasse ombragée pour les petits déjeuners et repas, 1 coin salon qui incite à la lecture, plusieurs "coins" où s'installer et flâner en fonction de l'humeur du moment... Un seul bémol, la route du bord de mer à quelques mètres, un peu bruyante jusque vers 22h...

Prachtig kleinschalig villa/hotel met een persoonlijke service. Zeer mooi kader met een rustig zwembad waar je dikwijls alleen lag. Onze superieure kamer (nr. 39) had een ongelooflijk groot terras met zeezicht (2 ligstoelen, tafel met 2 stoelen en 2 zetels!) Superieure kamer geboekt (kamer 39): Enorme kleine kamer: bed, kleine kast, 1 stoel dus geen plaats om kleding of andere zaken te leggen! Badkamer miniscuul.

De huiselijkheid en de omgeving. Zeer goed adres voor zon en strand liefhebbers.het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.het zwembad is groot maar oud.Het restaurant is zeer goed. De kamers zijn erg klein.sanitair is erg verouderd en de airco werkt niet naar behoren.Buiten bij het zwembad zijn te weinig parasols.
