The location of the hotel, it's silence, the free parking and the style/atmosphere of the hotel. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit poor. The room and bathroom wasn't very clean. We think that with some improvements the hotel could become a 5 star hotel. |

Very comfortable and relaxing, in small but attractive grounds .Pleasant staff. In quite a "rough" location but local people very friendly and no problems in walking down into Naples centre.( Approx 20mins ) Poor breakfast ( Continental only, but still poor standard although coffee and croissants were excellent ) |

Die Lage, ein sicherer und bewachter Parkplatz, die und Villa selbst Kleinigkeiten aber es ist in der Altstadt von Neapel dessen muß man sich einfach bewusst sein. |

Alle Zusagen wurden eingehalten, für die Stadtmitte relativ ruhige Lage. Ideal um ohne Verkehrsmittel die Altstadt zu erreichen. Jedem muß klar sein er wohnt in Neapel in der Altstadt. nicht alles auf die Goldwaage legen und dann ist es ok. |

Es ist eine schöne alte Villa und die Einrichtung ist entsprechend. Es ist nicht wirklich umgeben von einem Park wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Es ist ziemlich laut, keine Klimaanlage und die hygienisch verpackten Gläser in der Minibar waren dreckig. Die alten Gemäuer der Villa sorgen auch für einen etwas muffigen Geruch im Eingangsbereich. |

het personeel was vriendelijk, gastvrij, hoffelijk, de kamer was in orde.het hotel straalt oude klasse uit, de burgerij uit vervlogen tijden.tuin is een extraatje als je in Napels verblijft De stad Napels zelf, te druk, vliegtuigen, verkeer. |

El personal de recepción fue muy atento. Por dentro el hotel es muy bonito y limpio. La ubicación es muy mala. En la noche sólo es recomendable salir en taxi y no andando por lo que salir a cenar se hace bastante engorroso y en el hotel no tienen servicio de cena. La bañera estaba tapada por lo que tuvimos que bañarnos en otra habitación que estaba vacía. |

Es un palacete muy bien ubicado con cierto encanto el jardin y el comerdor. Ambiente con cierta gracia decadente. Las habitaciones (al menos en la que estuve alojado) pequeña y sin algunos complementos como jabón o champú. |

Sicurezza per chi arriva in auto. Parcheggio privato, La struttura è recintata e sorvegliata. Giardino. Colazione non in linea con 4 stelle. |

Ho apprezzato la discrezione e cortesia del personale e la vicinanza alla tangenziale. Il letto matrimoniale era formato da 2 materassi che tendevano ad aprirsi al centro. La camera assegnataci aveva un balconcino (e non terrazzo) con affaccio su palazzi (e non sul parco come figura nella presentazione internet). Il parco non era visibile da nessun lato da noi utilizzato dell'albergo quali parcheggio, ingresso, hall, affaccio scale, stanza. |

昔の貴族のお屋敷だけあって、風格も雰囲気もある素敵なホテルでした。お部屋と調度品がマッチしていています。 ホテルは素敵なのですが、周りの環境があまりよくありません。ホテルのレストランが夏開かれるとのことでしたが、私達は5月末に宿泊しても夕食はこのホテルで食べることができず、周りに食べるところもなく、子連れであまり治安のいいとはいえないところへ夕方出るわけにも行かず、主人にサンドイッチを買って来てもらいました。ピザのデリバリーでも受けていただけるとありがたかったのですけれど・・・。 |
