The view in the top terrace is great Elevator only arrived to 4 floor, we stayed at 5 floor. |

Very good location and staff were helpful. Everything else is really substandard, breakfast was awful, shabby small rooms. Internet expensive and not at all user friendly |

the good location of the hotel, the nice breakfast Our room was situated in the souterrain, next to the elevator machine.The sound in the early morning and in the middle of the night was quite annoying. |

the location is excellent, central, but quite. good breakfast :) the room is a bit small and they don't have king size bed. we had to make our own adjustments :) |

It is very near the Termini station. Good service by staff, all was working smoothlyl. Good breakfast, except for the coffee. The floors are very noicy, you can hear almost everyone walk in the hotel. Since almost each night someone left in the middle of the night this was a problem. |

town facilities and location bed was horrible, back pain still on !! local drinks/tea /coffee and food not available and stay expensive to what it had !!! |

A cosy hotel with nice terrace to eat breakfast, (however, without that wonderful view from the pictures posted). Eventhough quite old, clean & comfortable rooms and new bathrooms. Would recommend for city trip, walking distance to all main sightseeing points. |

The centrality of the location, and the relative cleanliness. Service was efficient. Some of the hotel staff were not very friendly, although I am sure that they were not trying to be unfriendly. A few more smiles would help make one more welcome. |

We enjoyed our stay at Viminale, would have been lovely to have had a coffee or drink on the terrace in the evening but this didn't seem to be available. Enjoyed the pastries at breakfast, as well as the ham and cheese with bread. Lots of frothy coffee in the mornings. Very quiet at night, good location, friendly staff. |

Within walking distance to shopping & dining areas Our rooms were not ready on time. It took about 2 hours past check in to get our final 2 (out of 4) rooms. The staff was not very accommodating and seemed irritated by our questions. The air conditioning was intermittant. The beds had thin mattresses and were extremely uncomfortable. A bit akin to sleeping on the rack.... The television didn't work well. The walls were not sound-proofed. |

The position in Rome was very good, close to transport shops etc. clean comfortable, spacious lounge, helpful service, and quiet street. The squeaking bathroom door, wakes up partner at night. A hot breakfast was promised but not available.An English newspaper would be terrific. And a packed sandwich for lunch would be wonderful, as coming from Australia where our dollar is 2 for 1 Euro, makes food very very expensive. |

The Hotel was in a good locaion and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfeast are was too small in our opinion and became overcrowded far too often. The range of food for breakfeast was average and need more fresh fruits. Breakfeast area and food as above. |

Good location, clean rooms, nice atmosphere. The room we got (on the 5th floor) apparently just had bathroom renovated, so the contrast between an excellent (really excellent) bathroom and an OK, but older room was a bit funny - the room looked shabby compared to bathroom :) I think the hotel is going through renovations step by step so they will fix it eventually. |
