Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut um das Antike Rom zu Fuß zu besichtigen. Da es in einer Seitenstraße liegt ist es ruhig. Zimmer sind O.K. Frühstück für Continental O.K. Die Aircondition hat schlechte bis gar keine Arbeit geleistet, so daß es Nachts auch mal 30° C im Zimmer hatte. Das Duschwasser wechselt ständig zwischen heiß und kalt. Das war etwas nervig. |

Das Bett/ Matratze waren so wie ich mir das Wünsche. Schön fest aber trotzdem bequem. Die Schalldämmung ist schlecht. Aktivitäten in angrenzenden Zimmern waren deutlich zu hören:-) |

Prima war die zentrale und ruhige Lage - mann kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu >Fuß erreichen und auch zum nächsten Bus und zur U-Bahn ist es nicht weit. Service im Frühstücksraum ist verbesserungsfähig. |

Die Lage des Hotels war zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. das Frühstück war nicht besonders und auch die Servicemitarbeiterin war überfordert |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben sich bemüht, unserer Gruppe auch bereits vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit einige freie Zimmer zur Gepäckaufbewahrung und zum Duschen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage zur Stadtbesichtigung in Rom, ist in sehr gutem Zustand und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In einigen Zimmern unserer Gruppe konnte die Klimaanlage nicht durch den Gast reguliert werden (während andere Zimmer mit umfangreichen Steuerungsmöglichkeiten durch eine Fernbedienung ausgerüstet waren). |

Sehr gute Lage um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß die Stadt zu entdecken. Ruhige und saubere Zimmer. Freundliche Reception. |

It was within walking distance of many siteseeing monuments, shopping and transport etc Yes their was no hot water for tea and coffee making available, also the TV programs was very disapointng as no English speaking channel |

The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a great location and do not mind a very small room then this is your place. The rooms were very small with tiny beds as well. If you are over 6ft (2m) tall then you might be uncomfortable. Also, there is no ac which forces you to open the windows on a hot evening to either the loud street or alley way. It was very difficult to get any sleep do the unseasonally hot temperatures. Summer would definitely be out if I had to stay here. |

Staff were friendly, great location Breakfast could be more varied. Sky TV box didnt work on reporting the fault nothing was done. Reported again staff member came to investigate. It took 3days to fix the problem. |

The staff were extremely helpful and professional.The breakfast is a buffet of ham, cheese, cereal, crossaints, boiled eggs etc. Substansial. The standard rooms are small. I would always ask for a superior room.Please note the superior rooms, as the standard only have a shower.. I would strongly suggest that coffee/ tea facility be installed in the bar area for folks requiring a hot drink during the day. |

The service was appalling - on arrival we (3 of us, travelling on business) were told that we would all have to change rooms the following day because they had overbooked, basically. It was immensely inconvenient as this fell on a busy work day for us, but the hotel staff were completely unapologetic about it. |

I found that the hotel, although modest, was perfectly acceptable - the bedrooms had airconditioning, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. I think that the booking system needs improvement - I had a confirmed reservation for a single room for 2 nights, but due to non-availability I was given a family room for the first night and then required to move to a new room which meant that I couldn't unpack properly until the second day. However the staff were very apologetic and offered to move my luggage for me, although I declined this offer. |

I liked the fact that the hotel is central in Rome and is very close to all the tourist sites that I wanted to visit. Was a little disappointed that on our arrival at the hotel, apparently our rooms were being "repaired" and we had to wait until 2.30pm to see if we had a room. When we returned we were told it was not ready and the "sister" hotel had no rooms, so we were luckily given a junior suite (which was nice) instead. I think I was rather anxious on arrival that we had nowhere to sleep and this had been booked in April! Anyway in the end it turned out well but could have done without the panic! |

We transferred to a sister Hotel, The Palladium, because the air conditioning at the Virgilio had broken down. My remarks therefore refer to the Palladium. The Virgilio arranged the transfer and everything went smoothly. It was not easy to get a drink from the hotel bar as they were short of staff. |

The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was adequate. We had two rooms which were unfortunately two floors apart. The air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms. The beds were a little hard. Rooms were plain - no wall paintings. |
