Hotel Virgilio

on loistavalla paikalla kävelymatkan päässä kaikista nähtävyyksistä, lisäksi julkiset kulkuneuvo kulkevat erittäin läheltä. Hotelli on siisti ja aamupala hyvä.

ensimmäisen kerroksen ikkuna ei pitänyt liikenteen/jalankulkioiden ääniä poissa.

Hotellilla on hyva sijainti, lahella Terminin asemaa ja Via Nazionalen kauppoja. Suuri osa tarkeimmista nahtavyyksista on kavelyetaisyydella. Hotelli on hintansa arvoinen, mutta tasoa vaativien kannattaa katsoa muualle.

Kannattaa olla tarkkana huoneiden kanssa, meidat siirrettiin kahdesti, huoneita on todella eri tasoisia. Myos maksun kanssa oli lopuksi epaselvyytta, onneksi olimme sailyttaneet kuitit kaikista maksuista.

Palvelu oli hyvää, huoneet olivat siistejä. Sijainti todella hyvä, hotelli hiljaisella tiellä, kävelymatkan päässä keskustan nähtävyyksistä.

Henkilökunta tilasi taksin kotimatkaa varten, hyvään hintaan. Aamiainen oli meille riittävä ja palvelu aamiaisella erinomaista.

Jouduimme vaihtamaan huoneen ensimmäisen yön jälkeen, syy jäi hieman epäselväksi. Uudessa huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto. Huoneen ikkuna oli rikki, eikä sitä voinut ollenkaan sulkea. Kertoessamme siitä henkilökunnalle, he kävivät korjaamassa ongelman laskemalla kaihtimet alas! Suihku oli pieni ja vettä tuli vain liruttelemalla.

It was within walking distance of many siteseeing monuments, shopping and transport etc

Yes their was no hot water for tea and coffee making available, also the TV programs was very disapointng as no English speaking channel

Staff were friendly, great location

Breakfast could be more varied. Sky TV box didnt work on reporting the fault nothing was done. Reported again staff member came to investigate. It took 3days to fix the problem.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional.The breakfast is a buffet of ham, cheese, cereal, crossaints, boiled eggs etc. Substansial.

The standard rooms are small. I would always ask for a superior room.Please note the superior rooms, as the standard only have a shower.. I would strongly suggest that coffee/ tea facility be installed in the bar area for folks requiring a hot drink during the day.

The room was spotless,they were cleaned to a high standard every day with fresh,clean linen,towels.The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I liked the fact that the hotel is central in Rome and is very close to all the tourist sites that I wanted to visit.

Was a little disappointed that on our arrival at the hotel, apparently our rooms were being "repaired" and we had to wait until 2.30pm to see if we had a room. When we returned we were told it was not ready and the "sister" hotel had no rooms, so we were luckily given a junior suite (which was nice) instead. I think I was rather anxious on arrival that we had nowhere to sleep and this had been booked in April! Anyway in the end it turned out well but could have done without the panic!

Great location in walking distance from main tourist attractions, close to Termini station. Neat rooms, friendly staff.

The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was adequate.

We had two rooms which were unfortunately two floors apart. The air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms. The beds were a little hard. Rooms were plain - no wall paintings.
