The kind personel, the very clean bathroom, the old but also clean room with airconditioning, and the location of the hotel (near Termini) made my stay very comfortable. Because of my fear of elevators (which I forgot to mention before my arrival), I got a the only available room on the first instead of the fourth floor. It's a pity breakfast is not served at the hotel, but in the next street, very closeby however. |

Very close to Roma Tremini and easy to find from there. Nice cosy room that had a fridge! Pretty close to central Rome, also an excellent and reasonably priced restaurant right across the road that we only found on our last night! |

the staff were nice and friendly and the hotel gave us a good map for free The hotel was hard to find as it was not as close to the train station as expected. The reception was on the 1st floor up some stairs, it was difficulty to carry cases upstairs to the lift on the 1st floor and it was a lot of stairs when the lift broke during our stay especially as i was travelling with a disabled person. The room was small and the window looked onto a wall, the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls badly, the shower was dirty and the sink had a broken plug so wouldnt empty and the base of the sink had a massive crack in it almost dividing the sink into two. |

Room cleaning is every day. Not far away from train station. Staff is polite. It costs it's price. Quite simple and small room, noisy room, poor breakfast. |

The Hotel reception was very cooperative & helpful. It is also near (8 min walk) to the Roma Termini which makes it good for metro access. The breakfast is not so attractive and sufficient for the rent payed |

The hotel is a good value for money. The room we had was quite large, and the staff maintained it clean (this included changing of towels on an aevery day basis - at least the towel we used as a rug in the bathroom). We had a conditioning system in our room, which was very important. The hotel is close to Roma Termini (central rail station) and to all the sightseeings of Rome. The rooms would look nicer if there were a carpet on the floor. However, I guess, that as it it a budget hotel, it is easier and cheaper for them to keep the hotel and rooms clean if there are no carpets. Slight repairs in the room and in the bathroom are needed but they are not so urgent and vital, actually. |

The staff was extremely nice and answered all of our questions, including recommendations for a ncie place to have dinner, as well as the schedules for the buses. The hotel was only 10-12 minutes from Termini rail station, and although there are closer hotels to termini, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. |

It was very noisy at hotel during midnight, other tourist spoke very loudly at corridor. Breakfast is very little and we need to go to another street which is not convenient as well. Location is good, near centre station. |

Cheap hotel on a good location, near to termini. Not the best hotel, but i really liked the price. No internet. The shower is really funny, the water pressure is often changing, and low most of the time. |
