The price was reasonable for Rome and it is close to Termini The location close to Termini was the only positive thing for us - the street the hotel is on is not very nice and the bed was extremely uncomfortable - the walls seemed very thin and all through the night you could hear people talking in the reception and coughing. The staff were friendly enough but I would not stay here again unless catching a very early/late train from Termini. For the same price we were able to stay at a really cute b&b in the Navona district on the way home - the location and value was so much better so if you book in advance you will have much better options for the 100euro price range.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The price regarding the services and the location was also good. Although they doesn't mention breakfast it is included in the price (it wasn't rich but it was good since it was not mentioned). The hotel is in the first floor, there is an elevator but it works only from the first floor so we had to carry our luggage till the first floor. Although it is mentioned that they have fridge this is not the case for all rooms.

The afternoon staff is excellent. He gave us a lot of guidance. It will be better if the hotel provide kettle and glass in the hotel room, just for us to make a glass of drinks. No lift to first floor.

staff very friendly, bar downstairs was a good place for a nightcap and open late... room was clean and quite pleasant very noisy in the morning (cleaning staff outside room and outside noise), paper-thin walls mean you're asked to keep it down past 11pm

Location. Hotel is near to Termini very close to many public transport means. Stay out of the first floor. Since the reception is based there, from 6h in the morning it becomes very noisy and you can forget about sleeping. The towels smelled on vinegar, so we were lucky to have our own towels with us. Breakfast is really just some croissant (that looked like it was made the day before) and coffee or tea.

1. Breakfast and his staff is god. 3. Localization is really near to Termini, but the street is kind of weird. 4. Bed is confortable. 1. We can listen everything what happens in the other rooms, and on the outside of the room 2. Hotel staff is not sooo nice as we can read in the some comments! They are really lazy and antypathic sometimes. 3. The english level of the hotel staff is scary! 4. The appearance of the hotel from the outside is bad, really old and bad-threated. They should clean the walls, at least.

Enjoyed our stay here. Simple hotel, that offered free breakfast of coffee and croissant each morning. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Location was better than we expected in terms of distance to everywhere we wanted. We would highly recommend if you want a budget break and don't plan on being in your room the whole time. It was perfect for what we needed.

Great value for money hotel. It is simple, but efficient. We had a fridge, hot water, clean sheets and towels every day, air-conditioning, and tickets for coffee and croissant at the cafe just beside the hotel (coffee and croissants at the "cafes" around the hotel cost like 90 cents, so don't worry if you wake up after 10 o'clock). 2 minute walk from termini station, about 20 min walk from the city center. Smiley, polite staff. Rooms are not very spacious and the sound-proofing is indeed poor, but who cares? We paid 250 euros for 5 days, plus the 2euro tax per person per night.

Its a great location, and just far enough from Termi to feel safe. The area has many bars and restaurants and the hotel is well positioned. Parking is always an issue in Rome, but theres a few underground (pay) parking available, the place it self is a bit hard to locate at first and the stairs to the reception on the first floor are tuff. (Then theres an elevator) Breakfast is simple, but for the price, who can really complain about this one !!

The location is really good. By several minutes walking you can reach train station and metro stop. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, which make the living convenient and enjoyable. The hotel stuff are really friendly and helpful. They speak good English.

-Very good location, 10 min walk from the termini station and and termini underground. -Very pleasant surroundings, nice street with a few cafes and pizzerias, pretty buildings all around. -Very cheap ( we paied 40euro per night per 2 plp so 20e per person) very affordable - We got a free map of the city, which was just enough for us to sightsee all the most important spots -They give you a free voucher for simple breakfast in the nearby italian bar (a croissant and coffee/tea) - adorable italian atmosphere- we liked it very much People smoke in the hotel, and you can smell that but you know, in italy it's normal. The room we had was small, but for us big enough. The bathroom was minute, but for that price i can't complain, and btw the washing machine didn't work, but just ask and they will give you another one. Generally for that price and atmosphere all the faults might be forgiven ;)

The location is great, very close to Termini, easy to reach everything from here (either walking or metro). The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were cleaning the room everyday and a nice breakfast was also included (croissant + capuccino). We were quite happy with this choice of hotel. The room was a bit smelly. Shower is a little too small and very thin walls (but none of these is too annoying).

Fairly good location .. the room was clean and quiet. The decor of the room was very nice. Breakfast is provided in the cafe downstairs and generally includes a croissant and one cafe. Option for breakfast can be avoided if possible. Bathrooms are tiny and did not have a proper locking.

Cheap. Breakfast (1 coffee & 1 bakery) was provided in the morning, although not mentioned on the website. The bed was uncomfortable and can feel the spring. I had body ache when I get up the next day. Hair dryer was not working in the toilet.
