Hotel Virginia  

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The price regarding the services and the location was also good. Although they doesn't mention breakfast it is included in the price (it wasn't rich but it was good since it was not mentioned).

The hotel is in the first floor, there is an elevator but it works only from the first floor so we had to carry our luggage till the first floor. Although it is mentioned that they have fridge this is not the case for all rooms.

It's proximity to main stations like Termini and Republica.

The location I not that great in terms of feeling safe and secured. The rooms are a little dated. No proper staff to attend. Not even a telephone in the room to call the reception.

The hotel was not so far from the Termini Central Station, Rome. We need only 10 minutes to walk to the hotel from the station. The customer service was really helpful to guide us about the transportation that we should take during our visit to Rome. The hotel located in the area which we could find cheap Philipines Fast Food Restorant. The Bar under the hotel which served our breakfast was good and had better coffee than in Berlin. Unexpected services like wifi and free breakfast.

The room in the hotel was really small and please bring your soap and your shampoo if you booked with this hotel.

The best feature of this hotel is it´s staff. Both the owner and the staff were extremely helpful and nice to us. The rooms were also very clean.

Rooms were ok for the price we paid for, although the beds were a little uncomfortable. Besides that, we got a really good value for the price we paid!

Good location, close to main railway and bus station Termini, shops and restaurants around, walking distance from the centre. Very friendly staff.

Really very small room (No.101), difficult even to turn around. But we were coming there just to sleep, so didn't really mind. :-)

Perfect location

If I were to go again to Rome I would choose the Virginia Hotel again as it was most confortable, and the personnel extremely friendly and careful. The hotel is very near to Termini Station which is really useful to get connected to any direction, you can even walk downtown, which I did and it was delightfull. There is also a supermarket at about 2 minutes' walk from the hotel. The receptionis, Constantin and Giorgio were so helpful and kind, and ready to provide any information you needed to have a pleasant visit. I recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to be well treated and accommodated, as well as keeping an economic budget at the same time.

Enjoyed our stay here. Simple hotel, that offered free breakfast of coffee and croissant each morning. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Location was better than we expected in terms of distance to everywhere we wanted. We would highly recommend if you want a budget break and don't plan on being in your room the whole time. It was perfect for what we needed.

Great value for money hotel. It is simple, but efficient. We had a fridge, hot water, clean sheets and towels every day, air-conditioning, and tickets for coffee and croissant at the cafe just beside the hotel (coffee and croissants at the "cafes" around the hotel cost like 90 cents, so don't worry if you wake up after 10 o'clock). 2 minute walk from termini station, about 20 min walk from the city center. Smiley, polite staff. Rooms are not very spacious and the sound-proofing is indeed poor, but who cares? We paid 250 euros for 5 days, plus the 2euro tax per person per night.

The location is really good. By several minutes walking you can reach train station and metro stop. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, which make the living convenient and enjoyable. The hotel stuff are really friendly and helpful. They speak good English.
