There was a small supermarket beside the hotel, which was quite convenient, for buying water..etc. Rooms are very very small. Breakfast is below average, no varieties but just the basics , and the same every day. Wireless Internet very slow and not working properly most of time, although you pay extra for it. Staff are polite but not helpful, if you complain about something you only hear "Can not do anything about it' which is frustrating. Light in room is very dim.

The hotel is in walking distance of the city centre. The hotelroom is well set up and comfortable. We had a nice breakfast.

Le personnel était très agréable et attentionné Room Service inéxistant, chambre microscopique, poussière un peu partout, quand on trouve une chaussette sale de l'occupant précédant par terre, on peut deviner que l'équipe d'entretien n'est pas très consciencieuse, le tout très décevant pour un 4 étoiles.

The room was tiny!!!!!!!! I had a double room and to go from one side to the other I had to walk over the bed! No room at all between wall and bed, a shame cos the room itself was nice just a miniautre!

L'arredo molto curato ed elegante, in classico stile inglese; l'estrema pulizia. Unico neo camera e bagno un po' troppo piccoli, con pochissimo spazio per muoversi.

Poco o nulla Sulla recensione dedicata all'hotel ci è scritto che l'hotel offre la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita nella hall e camere. Non è vero. Vengono richieste euro 5 x 24h. Durante il mio soggiorno l'acqua calda la mattina è stata assente.

Lo staff è scortese, le camere sono molto piccole. Pulizia decente ma nulla di più, in un hotel a 4 stelle non è stato possibile avere la seconda chiave. Il bagno si è allagato, nessuna sorpresa per lo staff dell'hotel che si è presentato in camera consegnandoci guanti, stracci e secchiello....!?!?!?

Pulizia Camera piccola. La sedia del tavolo inutilizzabile perche non c e spazio per tirarla cosi come la cassaforte. Se uno e robusto non riesce nemmeno a muoversi nella stanza. Colazione a buffet misera.

La posizione ottimale per arrivare in centro citta e il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Prima colazione direi buona e lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte sola e la nostra camera (64) seppur molto curata e pulita era strettissima e l'armadio è praticamente inutilizzabile x capienza e dimensioni. Ma x una notte è sopportabile......

Interni e arredamenti sgargianti, è un hotel dallo stile particolare. Letto comodo, bagno ok. Posizione comoda se si arriva in auto da Milano Est. In generale, ottimo. Per un 4 stelle, mi aspettavo una camera più grande e una colazione di migliore qualità.

die Lage Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein,man hatte kaum Platz, durch die dunklen Möbel und die sehr sparsame Beleuchtung wirkte das Zimmer sehr düster und dunkel. Ausserdem war es recht kühl. Da ich eine Allergie hatte, fragte ich ob es möglich wär zum Frühstück bestimmtes Brot zu bekommen, als Antwort wurde mir von dem Personal an der Rezeption patzig gesagt, das wäre hier kein Restaurant, sowas wäre nicht möglich. Das Bad war sehr klein. Kaum Abstand vom WC zum Waschbecken, für Menschen die grösser sind als 1,80 nicht geeignet.Schimmel am Plastik in der Dusche. Kleine Asseln im Bad.
