The localization is perfect

This was a very good choice for us. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The room was huge with a great high ceiling, all very old fashioned but with lots of drawer and wardrobe space plus a modern fully tiled bathroom where everything worked. Italy is not known for its breakfasts but at least I had my boiled egg, ham and cheese with lovely rolls and super coffee. Location was ideal - just fifty paces from the main square. The hotel offered private parking nearby at 8 euro a day or they could give you a permit to park in the smaller square at 1 euro but frankly, you could do as we did and walk five minutes back from free roadside parking near the museum. All in all it was a good one.

Very clean hotel, the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Though not in a very "touristy" area, all of the staff and in fact the town could switch to simple English. The breakfasts we had were basic but very nice, the coffee was fantastic!!! We parked our hire car for free just round the corner from the hotel. The Hotel itself is less than a minutes walk from the centre of Faenza which is a lovely little town. There is a rail link to Brisighella (Spa town) and Florence ( amazing city) alternatively get a sporty hire car and drive to Florence through some awesome mountain roads. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly!

No Iron or Ironing board in my room. Only a little thing, but when you see how most Italians present themselves you want to at least get the big wrinkles out of your shirts.

The hotel is in the city centre so very central so good for exploring city centre.

Parking was an issue. Staff were very frindly and helpful in finding parking nearby.

Niente di positivo. La camera prenotata era angusta ed il corridoio per raggiungerla al buio completamente .

Tranquillo hotel al centro della città, belle le camere in stile liberty, gentilissimi I portieri, camere pulite, unico neo nelle camere moderne lo spazio fra il bidet ed il termoarredo, mentre ti lavi devi comunque scottarti la gamba, a parte questo ci tornerò la prossima volta.

L' architettura d'epoca dell'edificio e l'atmosfera accogliente. Colazione ricca e da apprezzare le torte fatte in casa. Apprezzato anche la tranquillità della camerasul retro e il nuovo ampio bagno rivestito in marmo.

Contrasta lo stile liberty della Hall con il vano scale, un po' spoglio, e con i nuovi arredi del corridoio e delle belle camere Design del secondo piano.

La posizione è perfetta nel centro storio della cittadina

L'albergo richiederebbe qualche intervento di risistemazione

Stanze ben riscaldate in inverno. Tranquillità totale rispetto alla strada. Ottima ricezione da part dello staff, disponibili, nei limiti delle loro possibilità, a risolvere I problemi. Magnifica posizione centrale della città.

Hotel da evitare durante la notte dell'ultimo dell'anno in quanto, seppur con preavviso, la festa nell'atrio si prolunga fino alla mattina, impossibilitando totalmente il riposo. Consigliamo all'Hotel di rivedere tale politica, a costo di non affittare stanze in tale occasione. Colazione poco assortita.
