The hotel was clean and very well located close to the train station, the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful & knowledgable about the local area. For the money it was fine. The room was a bit stark and institutional looking, , fine for a short stay on your own, but unlikely to impress the love of your life.. |

Room cleanliness, variety of the breakfast meals and drinks, excelent services, excelent staff behavior; position near the railstation, near the airport bus and city bus station. Room's sight, but, unfortunately, it can't be modified because of the building's shape and position. |

I've made booking at Hotel "Vittoria $ Orlandini" and I had problem to find this hotel because there was only sign "Hotel Vittoria". To my mind It confused guest. |

The staff is really great, they have a good breakfast and the room and the bathroom have a good size and they are clean and comfortable. The hotel facade is hidden and they have a weird build with a tiny elevator and ladder. |

Reception staff very efficient, friendly and helpfull. Very conveniently situated to get a feel for the city of Genoa and its port in a one night stopover. Air conditioning not working and despite open windows the room was airless on a very warm night. |

Friendliness/helpfulness of staff Had a notice indicating there was a bar, but there wasn't and no lounge. As a woman travelling alone I didn't feel it appropriate to wander the locality at night and would have liked to have spent the evening sitting comfortably in a lounge rather than my room. |

When I emailed before the holiday to say we would be arriving at 8pm because of travelling by train, the hotel replied saying "no problem", unlike another hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, lending us a corkscrew and a sewing needle immediately on request. They were also very helpful with tourist information and sold us the relevant bus tickets so we didn't have to struggle elsewhere.Our hotel was on the fifth floor with a view of the harbour - maybe we would not have been so happy in a room without a view. The air conditioning in the room was not very efficient and it was needed as it was very hot in Genoa. Also, access from the street was up steps and then to the hotel reception by lift and then to our room was a lttle walk including more steps and a further lift, so that might not suit all clients. |

personale molto gentile e disponibile, posizione centrale, camera spaziosa purtroppo l'hotel è estremamente vecchio, gli arredi sono degli anni 60/70, la camera, seppure spaziosa, era troppo antiquata....anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte..la hall, i corridoi, tutto l'edificio internamente non sembra affatto un hotel di 3 stelle in una grande città come Genova...un vero peccato perchè sono tutti stati molto cortesi... |

Pour moi c'est toujours un plaisir de retourner à cet hôtel où je suis désormais accueillie comme une "vieille amie". Gentillesse du personnel, confort des chambres, propreté, proximité de la gare et du centre historique de la ville... tout contribue à rendre le séjour agréable ! |

La amabilidad y comprension recibidas, la ayuda inmediata , la cordialidad hacen que la estadia sea muy agradable y crea un clima muy confortable. Da la impresion de ser atendido por sus duenos. Estamos muy contentos El estilo de los ascensores no causa una buena impresion. Incluso en un primer momento nos provoco un animo depresivo.De todas maneras este tema es compensado con la calidez de la atencion recibida y paaa a un plano secundario. |

Todo ha estado perfecto, el personal muy atento, super amables. Hablan incluso español. El hotel está a un paso de la estación P.Principe. Sin dudarlo cuando vuelva a Génova me hospedaré aquí. |
