Quiet location a short walk along the riverside to town. In its heyday the hotel would have been stunning and has lots of character now. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic value! The hotel is a bit rundown but is still beautiful....the parquetry flooring in the room was falling to pieces and quite noisy to walk on.

Um es mit 4 kurzen Worten zu beschreiben "Eine Schande für Meran". Zimmer dreckig, Fliesen lose, Teile des Bades nicht einmal verfugt, etc...Dieses Hotel ist keine 10€ wert !!!!!

Alte Villa, grosses Zimmer mit allem Komfort, grosses Bad, (alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert), gutes Frühstück, Superlage an der Passerpromenade, kein Strassenlärm, gut abgedichtete Fenster und Türen. Als einzigen Negativpunkt müssen wir leider den Hotelier erwähnen. Der Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich und auch am Morgen wäre ein freundliches "guten Morgen" sehr angenehm gewesen. Das Zimmer war sauber, bis ich eines Abends meinen Ohrclip suchen musste und unter das Bett schaute.......

Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, das Frühstück war gut und die Lage zentral. Der Garten um das Gebäude ist sehr angenehm, ebenso die Parkplatz Situation. Die Inneneinrichtung läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Alles ist abgewohnt und verschlissen. Der Speisesaal ist der einzige Raum neben den beiden Salons, die nicht ganz so schlimm aussehen wie der Rest des Hauses.Wir hatten angeblich einen super günstigen Spezial Preis (€98.-). Ich wäre nie bereit für dieses Hotel mehr zu bezahlen. Nachdem ich den Zustand gesehen habe, ist es nicht vertretbar teurere Preise zu nehmen. Aber das weiß man erst nach dem man da war!

Albergo in buona posizione, si affaccia sul fiume e sulla bella passeggiata che porta al centro di Merano e alle terme. Buona scelta al buffet della prima colazione. Struttura di fine '800 molto piacevole.

La posizione dell'hotel è davvero comoda e centrale: è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione a piedi e si trova proprio lungo il viale principale che costeggia il fiume, immerso nel verde di un rigoglioso giardino,a quattro passi dalle terme. E' un hotel davvero confortevole, dall'atmosfera calda e romantica. Una nota di merito va all'ottimo menù offerto con simpatia dai cordiali e premurosi proprietari in una sala da pranzo in cui si fanno sentire gli ospiti come a casa (e all'occasione ci si può anche mettere a suonare il pianoforte per rallegrare la serata).

Colazione varia ed abbondante. Parcheggio privato gratuito nel cortile dell'hotel. Tranquillità. Come 3 stelle è un pò trascurato: la doccia è ricavata nella vasca da bagno con un "separè" in plexiglass malconcio che perde molta acqua allagando il pavimento; bagnoschiuma scarso e shampoo assente. Il pavimento della stanza, in bel parquet, cigola e si sente molto anche quello della stanza accanto. L'ingresso dell'hotel è sul retro e non è presidiato da nessuno (si entra ed esce senza essere visti).

La struttura occupa una posizione centralissima, in quanto vicinissima alla stazione e al centro di Merano, Una discreta sala per colazione, tra l'altro molto ricca. Le camere pulite e confortevoli.

La bellissima posizione Ci sarebbe di ristrutturare qualche stanza es. gli infissi , i materassi rumorosi quando uno si muove ed anche i pavimenti rumorosi( almeno nella camera dove soggiornavo io)

Esteticamente struttura carina ma internamente ha bisogno di una grande ristrutturazione soprattutto camere e bagno per non parlare del parquet ballerino e scricchiolante Camere scialbe con arredamento un po' retro'e obsoleto parquet scricchiolante e bagno vecchissimo che dava anche senso di sporco.durante la notte si sentivano diversi rumori a mio avviso derivanti da scricchiolii vari nelle altre camere sembrava che da un momento all'altro crollasse qualcosa.
