The staff was extremely serviceminded and very kind. Location is great and everything is within walking distance. The room was quite small, but nice and pricy. |

The location was amazing! About 2 mins walk to the Trevi Fountain with lots of shops and restraunts all around to choose from. You could walk to every site from the hotel except the Vatican. Room was very nice, newly renovated and even had a loft bedroom (1 1/2 bathrooms). Much more than we expected for what we paid. Will definitely be staying here again! |

The location is excellent, the breakfast is o.k. Hotel horribly dirty, hair in the bathroom, hair on the towel, hair on the sheets. When I asked to change a room, then again on the table had hair and makeup on the towel. Small rooms even that I ordered a double room. TV channels are not aimed properly. Hotel CEO cheeky, referring to the visitor as a problem rather than providing guests better service. I would not recommend anyone to book a room at this hotel, despite its premium price attractive location |

Location , Location , Location.Reception people were very helpful. They have a "library corner" where you can find something to read out of previous guests inheritance. Mattress is to thick , cozed me some backache. Cleanness is not the best , it looks ok but you can easily spot leftovers concealed.my friend was in an adjacent room and complained to the manager , he got some rude answer. |

The location is perfect for touring the city' it's in the center yet quiet enough due to the double glazing' the service is professional. I would have liked a somewhat larger room with a chair, and a place for suitcases. |

Very close to Fontana di Trevi Rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are nice but rooms on the 3rd floor are appalling (old, small, bathroom leakages). Please make sure you are on 1st or 2nd floor. |

The location of the hotel was perfect for our first visit to Rome. It was in the centre of things but in a pedestrianised street so free from the noisy traffic. We could easily walk to many tourist sites, (Trevi fountain, Pantheon,Colloseum, Piazza Navona and Metro station Barbini.) Our room was quiet and comfortable and obviously recently refurbished. Breakfast was good- cereals, bread, toaster, pastries, fruit, yoghurts, juices, hotfood- bacon egg sausage, cheese, ham etc and of course lovely coffee! All staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. |

Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Room was a little small. Also disagreed with the 45 Euro charge for a taxi to the airport, when the set fee by the city council is 30 Euro. |
