The room is not big but clean and good enough for a nice sleep. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is good at its price.
On the third floor, not convenient for large luggage carrier.
Felt very safe there, despite, that hotel is located in an area where doesn't seem so safe in the late hours. But very close to railway station, so if traveling with train, great choice. Very kind staff.
The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was good, simple as Italian breakfast usually is. The room was comfortable and clean.
The neighborhood is quite dangerous and as I've arrived at night, I felt really scared walking the short distance from the station. Would never stay there again.
Good location Good price Very helpful man at breakfast
Chambre donnant directement sur la salle du petit déjeuner
The hotel staff was very friendly, English speakers, we stayed for 3 nights and they changed the sheets, towels and cleaned every day. Breakfast is with sweets, croissant, orange juice and tea or coffee, rather consistent. I would definitely stay here again if I'll return to Naples.
The hotel is located near the train station and there are a lot of immigrants walking around. We didn't have any problems though.
Good location, only 5 minutes from the train station, especially when you are a female solo traveller arrived napoli centrale at around 10 pm. Breakfast was nice.
Wifi was very slow i couldn't browse for anything, so i just slept. The toilet flush (my room was shared bathroom) was not working, someone left his/her 'thing' in the toilet without telling the staff.
It had an elevator, but very small. Not easy to find from the airport.
Location was horrible. Very dirty around the building, Very unsafe feeling arriving at hotel. Power went out in one of the rooms consistently and the couple had to move to another room.
Hotel Zara is in good location but unfortunately the staff was poor from the point of hospitality. The room was not clean enough. For this reason, I will not recommed this hotel to the travellers.
Close to train station, about 5 to 10 mins walk. The room is spacious and clean with air con, TV and radio channel. Lots of shops and restaurant around. There is cute little elevator that work with 5 euro.
Surrounding area look dangerous and crowded. We stayed for 2 nights in 2 different room, and second night the room was at 1st floor and the wifi didn't work.
Staff was friendly and helpful
Wifi was terrible, and the area is fairly sketchy
Walking distance to good food and shopping, close to seafood market. Staff very nice.
Had room near front, we were carful not to make a lot of noise coming in as we are late nighters, others in a.m. NOT SO very loud.
What is needed from hotel? cozy room, no sounds at night, wifi, breakfast. Here you get NOTHING of all this. - rooms are terrible, beds are just sort of cots, - wifi didn't work at all, so we couldn't find any information about what to see in the city, - toilet next door couldn't let us sleep well - all toilet sounds are hearable in room... besides the toilet didn't work properly, which added even more terrible sounds... - breakfast was just bad coffee and croissants warmed in microwave. We had to eat something else after such "breakfast"). You know, we are experienced backpackers, and have seen many places, but as for us, it's better to sleep in a tent than in such place... Our advise - find better hotel and don't spoil your vacation!
Frequently located. Friendly stuff. Clean and renovated rooms.
The noise. Crosstalk between the rooms is very disturbing. The street is very noisy in front of the hotel.
Very Clean Good location Very safe Comfortable Good shower Good price Easy to find Nice personal
Wifi has it's own will... Noisy, couldn't sleep without earplugs They give a map, but it's no good
Staff were helpful, breakfast was simple, but considering it was so cheap to stay, it was very good value for money!
The exterior of the hotel can be off putting!
Breakfast Wifi Friendly staff
You have to pay to use the elevator - when it works
very close to the city center and railway station easy access to airport - direct bus
very noisy - windows to hurry street breakfast room just next to the room, so you could not sleep after 7 am, because of other guests are enjoing their tea and coffee breakfast - tea, coffee, some biscuits, very poor also for 2stars hotel you could enjoy elevator for 5cents or go by stairs to the 2 floor, so no more big baggage
Very good location, close to the main station, quiet dark rooms
blocked-up drainpipe in washbasin and shower, hairs in the bed
Location. For travelers who is transfering via main train station is the best choice for hotel.
Neighborhood is not the best. But it was fine for 1-2 bites.
Helpful staff very central (1 min. to Airport bus and 2 min. train)
the neighbourhood is a bit scary a night, still i felt ok.
The staff is really friendly. The room was clean.
The room was just behind the reception therefore was pretty noise. In addition to that, the room balcony was just on the main street and people were screaming all night. We had a sleepless nigh.
We only stayed for the one night in order not to miss our flight the following morning, but it was totally clean throughout, polite staff, I would stay in this hotel again.
Doesn't look much from the outside but when you go inside it's totally different
location is about 10 min walk from central station, room is simple but clean, good for budget traveler
Location is very good. Staff also good. Breakfast normal. It is allowed smoking on balcony.
City center very noisy.
- near to the railway station - clean, light rooms with balcony - free breakfast, but it was very simple
- the hotel is in a dangerous looking neighbourhood with lots of strange people - small room with paper thin walls (only inside noise, it can be disturbing if your room is near to the reception) - one of the receptionists is unfriendly
