The staff provided us with plenty of information about the city on arrival and explained how we could reach the Colloseum and Vatican for our guided tours, via the Metro. The room was very nice and shower facilities excellent. Breakfast was OK
The only negative was the traffic noise, as it is located near a busy road. However, this was not a huge issue.
staff not motivated (except the lady at the reception)
Walking distance to most sights. 2 minutes from metro stop
Very good location and friendly staff. For sure value for money.
This is our last stop at Rome, my wife and I was stolen earlier and our focus is on how to get our new visa and continuing our trip to Spain. The receptionist Laura, is a very kind and helpful lady who helped us made calls to the embassy. Luckily also is that the hotel is close to the Spainsh embassy in Rome. Eventually we get what we need from the embassy. We will never forget this trip.
There is no charging point at the bed side in the room that we live, called FIRE.
location and very friendly, informative staff
Breakfast not great but we had expected that
Good value for money, and very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are basic but do the job for a short stay in a great location - close to the underground and a short walk to some of Rome's well known landmarks. More of a b&b than a hotel. Ignore posts saying it's difficult to find, our taxi driver knew exactly where it was.
You're better off going out for breakfast.
Excellent location for walking Rome, a modern well appointed spaces. Friendly staff. Definitely am recommending to friends, and I will stay there again.
The breakfast wasn't served on time (we had tours starting at 8, so needed the 730 start time) both days we weren't able to eat because nothing was ready before we could leave. The decor is nice, but the walls are in a bad need of fresh paint.
Clean, great location, very helpful staff
breakfast was disappointing, cold scrambled egg. Road noise at night
The staff was very helpful when we arrived earlier to the hotel, so that we could get a good rest after long flight. Thanks
location clean decoration staff
Location - within walking distance from most of the major attractions Spacious bedroom.
Extremely difficult to find the hotel Nobody on duty after 10 pm till 2 pm. Bedroom needed paint - looked "tired". Breakfast was disappointing Small bathroom with no space for toiletries.
Very nice room, clean bathroom fully equiped, espresso machine in the room, large cable tv, fast wifi. Nice & friendly staff.Great location, near metro and bus stop.Three blocks away (5min) from spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi.
breakfast very poor
Poor breakfast, noisy from inside and outside.
The Location and the staff. Very friendly for Rome. Also good value for Rome.
Breakfast very poor
Not a proper hotel..just a 2nd floor property with reception..no variety for breakfast just coffee and pastries!
Gezilecek yerlerin merkezinde, her yere yürüme mesafesinde, size fazlasıyla yardımcı olan resepsiyonist ve çalışanlar. Size uyan fiyatı bulduğunuzda hiç kaçırmayın. At the center of things , within walking distance to everywhere , which helps you more than the receptionist and staff. When you find your matching price ever miss out.
Kuruvasan ve meyve suyu harıka ama Kahvaltının daha zengin olmasını beklerdim. Croissants and juice breakfast was very nice but I would expect it to be richer
The location. The breakfast was fair. This is an average hotel although they are trying to improve.
The hotel is under renovation and the lift on our floor didn't work well.
Location is great. Large LCD TV.
Old building. Poor facilities.
The location could not be beat. Less than 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Taxi stand across the street. Room was large and comfortable for four (2 adults, 2 teens). The staff (when there) was very helpful.
The desk is not staffed at all hours -- only 2 pm to 10 pm. The shower smelled like mildew.
ITs not a Hotel at All Reception works 8 hours only a day No Laundry No 24/7 Room Service No Hotel Entrance No Elevators , Very old Building 1830 AC not working in Rome in August Very Very Very Bad Hotel
Location was great! (a short walk to spanish steps and most tourist spots)Fun view from the window of local outdoor patios. Beds were comfortable and suited 2 nights stay with our teenagers. Room was pleasant once we got there from the walk up.
Air didnt work well despite reviews. . The walk up from the road was very "unhotel like" .
Location Value WiFi
Water in coffee machine was dirty with things floating in it and had a horrible smell I tried to clean it myself but still had a bad smell I did not end up using the coffee machine
Central location. Very helpful, courteous staff. Excellent place to stay
