Hotel was taken over by German couples and families. For hours children
were shouting and crying in the pool (only 1.4m at one end). Neither
parents nor hotel staff did anything to stop it. The rooms were noisy,
you could hear people snoring in the next room. Lots of dog barking.
Most of the area is filled with holiday apartments, holiday villages,
hotels, B&Bs, there are hardly any Sardinians to be found.
The friendly owner showed us the standard room. Though clean and fresh
looking it was small, so we took a larger room (why they call that a
suite I don't understand) with a balcony and a wonderful view (but
expensive). Good beds, breakfast ok. In Baia Sardinia - Baia Blu
don't take anything off the menu, you will pay! Skippers €3 P.P. for
'coperto'! Havana Bar - very friendly, normal prices.
