The spa yes, the staff were told that the cost would be split across two charge cards, they ignored this and charged it up front to one card and chased us during the stay for payment. lied about payment having been taken from the card and then complained that the card was not valid, but it was and then when we told them at check out to split th cost across the two cards the manger got very aggresive and recited the cost were noreimbursale. I think he didnt understand the meaning of the word re-imbursable and they were applying cancellation policy to a case that had nothing to do with cancellation.the room was excruciatingly tiny and nothing like it was represented on the site. It was a ridiculous amount of money for the quality 380 for a room I .. |

Great location. Beautiful Art-Deco type exterior.Good value. Polite and helpful staff. Ideal location for exploring Venice in very hot weather,beach and city could be reached in very little time. Atmosphere inside did not live up to the dramatic exterior. |

Location Extremely noisy room - glazing did not close properly and noise from street cafes, scooters, cars, mtorbikes and 5am bin lorries made the stay quite uncomfortable. Would have enjoyed it more with less noise during the night. |

Staff were exceedingly friendly, the breakfast was fine, the location was much better than expected, the room was comfortable for a short break and the hotel itself was certainly welcoming and comfortable to be in. The water bus was 1 minute walk away and takes about 15 minutes to Venice centre and runs 24 hours a day. The beach is around 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction. The nightlife here is certainly better than Venice centre and consists mostly of middle to higher class Italians. |

the staff were very helpful and made the stay a lovely one, had a problem with room and were offered 50% discount and champagne (very fair) perhaps a dryer away from the bathroom but not too much of a problem |

sehr gutes und reichliches Frühstück, Zimmer, auch Badezimmer sehr gross, Ambiente des Hotels wunderbar, man fühlt sich teilweise ins vorige Jahrhundert zurückversetzt, einfach ein tolles Hotel und zentrale Lage am Lido Parkplatz etwas zu klein |

Lage, Architektur An der Rezeption wurden wir, weil wir bei booking.com gebucht hatten, als Billigtouristen bezeichchnet. So etwas ist uns noch nie passiert. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Booking.com sollte die Zusammanarbeit mit diesem Hotel überdenken. Ansonsten sehr bescheidenes Zimmer und Frühstück. |

Tolles Gebäude mit einzigartiger Fassade. Hotel hat Charme und Geschichte. Nettes Personal. Tolles Spa (gegen Gebühr). Direkt an der Hauptstraße auf dem Lido. Nach Venedig ein Katzensprung mit dem Vaporetto. Schöne Restaurants und Strand in der Nähe. |

Sa situation, la façade de l'hôtel, et la télé qui a une prise hdmi. In english=His(Her,Its) situation, the facade of the hotel, and the tv which has a grip(taking) hdmi. La réflexion de 2 réceptionnistes, les chambres misérable,mini bar qui ne fonctionne pas,douche moisi si cet hôtel ne se trouvait pas a Venise il aurait déjà fait faillite, ou bien perdu au moins 2 étoiles. In english=The miserable reflection of 2 desk clerks, the rooms(chambers), the mini bar which does not work, gives a shower to mould if this hotel was not has Venice it would have already gone bankrupt, either lost at least 2 stars. |

Além de muito bem localizado, o hotel é lindo! Ambientes muito bem decorados e agradáveis! Café da manhã muito bom! Os quartos poderiam ser um pouco mais espaçosos e a internet ... deveria ser grátis! |

Fast alles. Architektur, Stil (teilweise noch originale Jugendstileinrichtung), Personal, Service, Lage... Die Hotelbetreiber sind sich des historischen Erbes dieses besonderen Hauses bewusst und haben nur wenig getan, das seinen Charakter beinträchtigt. Völlig überflüssig ist die "musikalische" Beschallung der herrlichen Terrasse bzw. der Fassade des Hotels. Während der Nacht kann sich dies sogar in den Zimmern störend auswirken. |

Le petit déjeuner, varié et copieux ; la situation privilégiée dans la rue la plus animée (restos, shopping) du Lido, à mi-chemin entre la plage et les vaporetti ; la possibilité de réserver un emplacement sur une plage privée à 5 min. à pied ; l'accueil très chaleureux (le sourire de Mara ! ) et la connaissance de l'anglais et du français des gérants ; le prestige de la façade extérieure et du tapis rouge ;-) |
