The Ausonia & Hungaria occupies an elegant, historic building set in the lively heart of Venice Lido, close to the beach and at short distance from Saint Mark Square.
Enjoy the magic combination of a beach holiday and a truly Venetian experience. Relax and regenerate at the hotel after visiting the beauties and treasures of the Venetian Lagoon, with the typical vaporetto (water bus) stopping right by the property.
Built in 1905 in Renaissance style, the building was enriched in 1914 by covering the entire façade with multicoloured majolica tiles. The establishment also boasts a private park and winter garden.
The astonishing exterior of the Ausonia & Hungaria is matched by the extremely detailed furnishing of the comfortable rooms, where you are sure to spend a pleasant stay. The original furnishing of the rooms was made by a famous master cabinet-maker of the Italian Art Nouveau.
Grande Albergo Ausonia & Hungaria is now provided with a brand-new wellness centre, the Lanna Gaia, featuring a Spa, sauna, Turkish bath and a host of other relaxing facilities. The skilled staff all come from Thailand and are graduates of the prestigious Lanna Thai Academy.
