I Cavalieri offers modern studio accommodations plus a wide range of activities; all just 380 yards from the nearest ski lifts and 550 yards from Sestriere center.

Your vacation starts with a welcome cocktail in the piano bar. There is also a TV room and a lounge with fireplace.

I Cavalieri provides a entertainment program and a mini club for children. You can enjoy traditional home cooking and regional specialties at the restaurant.

A local ski bus stops just 55 yards from the hotel. It takes you to the ski lifts in the Via Lattea ski area, host of the 2006 Winter Olympics.

The hotel organizes ski lessons and has a storage space for all your equipment. Ask at reception about the many excursions available.

The 20th Winter Olympics took place in Turin in 2006. All the skiing facilities of the area were renovated and improved for the event. Today you can still ski like the champions at the Via Lattea resort, which includes Claviere (1760 metres), Sansicario (1700 metres), Sauze d'Oulx (1509 metres), and Sestriere (2035 metres) in Italy, and Montgenèvre (1850 metres) in France. Altogether there are 400 km of pistes, 120 with artificial snow, and 88 lifts. The skiing area offers huge, sunny spaces, and panoramic trails that connect ancient and traditional villages with modern towns. Snowboard and ski-cross tracks are also amazing.

Sestriere is probably the most popular and international resort along Lattea Via (Milky Way) ski circuit. It is set on a hill between Val Chisone and the Valley of Susa, a few kilometres from the French border. It has had the pleasure of hosting a number of World Championships over the years; most notably the 2006 Winter Olympics. It features over 400 kilometres of pistes and, with such a high altitude, you are more or less guaranteed an excellent snowfall. Sestriere is also home to Europe's highest golf course. There are plenty of wellness centres and sports facilities, plus a wide choice of bars and restaurants.

A lot of disrespectful actions from staff: somebody stole my gloves in ski-boots drying room but there was no help in searching them, final dinner was really noisy and we weren't able to sit in dinner room at all. These got us a free cocktail which was tiny and basically just fruit juice, a discount off ski hire which we didn't need and access to evening entertainment which we didn't want and weren't then told anything about. Бесплатная стоянка для машин возле отеля. 1. Взяли дополнительно 35 евро с человека за клубную карту ( из них вернулось 25 в качестве бесплатного ужина 22 евро + 3 евро скидка за скипасс) что за клуб мы так и не поняли 2. Оснащение аппартаментов скромное если не сказать убогое - нет даже электрического чайника, микроволновки, другой посуды и оборудования минимум. 3. Только итальянские каналы по ТВ 4. Доступ в интернет просто ужасный. В номерах вообще невозможен -WI FI нет . На ресепшен 1 комп по карточкам 5 евро в час - никакие документы или письма на флешку скачать невозможно - только посмотреть отослать фото или документы тоже нельзя. 3. Белье и полотенца за неделю не поменяли - вообще из обслуги в аппартаменты за неделю никто не заглянул. 4. Комната для лыж - клетка в гараже с неработающими запорами комната для ботинок без сушки только батарея в углу. Реально за ночь ничего не высыхает. 5. Ужин в ресторане 22 евро с человека без напитков - в центре на 20-30% дешевле. 6. Отвратительная шумоизоляция в номерах. Полы - плитка без ковралина без обуви ходить холодно. Ottiamo servizio di mini club e buona idea di organizzare giornate sugli sci con guida, Personale bravo ma mi sembrava poco entusiata e non e' colpa loro. Obbligo di tessera club di cui non abbiamo mai usufruito e di cui non eravamo stati preavvisati al momento della prenotazione. Scorretto. Ho prenotato tramite booking.com e l'unico costo extra segnalato era la tassa di soggiorno, quindi avrei potuto benissimo rifiutarmi di pagare la tessera club cosa che faro' la prossima volta.
