Hotel I Due Cigni    

Charming hotel with very friendly hosts. It was a 5 min drive out of montepulciano, but everything else more than made up for that! Highly recommended.

Hotel staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Very good and substantial breakfast (serving real cappuccino). Perfect location to go everywhere. Modern and comfortable hotel rooms. Good value of money.

Sant'albino itself is not such an attractive town. But it is so convenient to go anywhere, so it does not matter.

the boss and the receiptor are very kind.the room is clean and new.if you had car and planed to travel around,the location is good.i wish to go back to tosicani and visit this hotel again.

This is a new hotel, and it's kept very clean and neat. Good sized shower, with a "rain" shower head. beautiful view to the mountains surrounding from the balcony on second floor. Plenty of parking space. The staff is friendly, keen to aid and give tips for travelling around the area. Breakfast is rich and they ask how you love your coffee... Very recommended!

The place is about 5 minutes drive from Montepulciano, and not inside the town.

The staff were all so keen to help the guest and despite a lack of English by some they did so. It was quiet and relaxed with easy parking. Generally it was excellent value fo money.

There was no restaurant.

The staff was great and if you have a car the drive isn't that bad. Only about five minutes.

We liked the location, it was easy to find and a short drive to visit beautiful Montepulciano. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. Most of all we felt very welcome. When choosing a place to stay we like to be where we do not have to drive at night after dinner. There is a very good restaurant that you can walk to in about 2 minutes. We higly recommend this hotel.

We were amazed from the very moment we arrived, run by Simonetta, her husband and son Marcel we were welcomed like long lost family. The place is spotless and everything is where you need it. Fantastic breakfast feast and there is a nice swimming pool just around the corner. We have stayed at many hotels during our 3 months tour of Europe and this has been our favorite. Ask Martel for his best restaurant tips! He is also an amazing Chef and baker, his custard puff pastry was mouth watering!

Not one thing

We were late for the breakfast, but we still got the breakfast as it was especially organized for us so we could still take it. The hotel staff is very nice and the service is the best!

The swimming pool is not at the hotel but about 300m away, which is acceptable but not that convenient.

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay at I Due Cigni. The room was relatively spacious, well appointed, very clean and quiet. The hotel is family run and this made a huge difference. They looked after us incredibly well, helped us with information and made us feel at home. While the hotel is in somewhat ordinary urban surroundings, it is in easy reach - we had a car - of Montepulciano.

Staff eccezionale!

Prima 3-sterrenhotel. Goede ligging, net buiten Montepulciano. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse met 2 zonen, die beiden goed engels spraken(zeker een pré!). Goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. We hebben 1 keer avondeten gehad. Was perfect!

L'hôtel bien situé dans un endroit calme avec un bon rapport qualité prix. permet de rayonner facilement en Toscane et Umbrie proche de Florence et Sienne et des villes médiévales de la région. L'accueil est familiale et très sympathique avec une réelle volonté de renseigner les hôtes sans arrière pensée commerciale. Une belle adresse.

Rien de négatif durant ce séjour d'une journée.
