the room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the services were good. it would have been nice to ahve a comfortable place to sit in the room, especially as the hotel had no lounge, bar or lobby. the service was good and attentive and the attention to detail was great, however sometimes it felt a bit too much. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Jerry, the breakfast waiter, even to the point of coming in early, just to serve us when we had to leave early one morning for a tour. The bathroom was very good and the room always well presented. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. somewhere to sit, apart from on the bed, would have been nice in the triple rooms, but this was only a very minor discomfort. |

Very good beds, great design, perfectly clean and confortable bathroom. 5-10 minutes by food from Barberini, Qurinale, Termini. Calm and safe neighbourhood, even for a walk for the night. The room was a bit small, but perfect for B&B. You can hear everything from the corridor and stairway at any time (even 5.a.m., 7 p.m. or 11 p.m.) but we can sleep with earplugs, does not bothered us too much. |

La cortesia e disponibilità del personale. C'è una grande attenzione verso le esigenze del cliente. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e tutte dotate di Decoder Digitale Terrestre. La limpieza de la habitación, la cama, que era una pasada, de grande y de cómoda, y los detalles y el buen gusto con los que está decorado todo. En realidad no es un hotel. No tiene recepción como tal, son dos pisos en dos plantas diferentes sin ascensor. A nosotros nos tocó subir hasta el cuarto con la maleta a cuestas y no hay alguien permantemente para atenderte. Además, no te dan llave de la puerta de la calle, así que tienes que andar llamando cada vez que quieres entrar, y eso te quita bastante libertad. El desayuno, aunque dicen que es bufé y que es inglés y continental, deja bastante que desear: unos cuantos croisants y un panecillo. Eso sí, el café muy bueno. |

Vi opholdt os på en weekendtur på hotellet som måske kan være svært at finde da det er beliggende i en ejendom med flere lejligheder og man kommer ind ved at benytte en dørtelefon, personalet taler lidt engelsk,men er meget imødekommende.Natportieen/morgentjeneren serverer ved bordet selvom det er en buffet eller man kan få serveret på værrelset hvilket dog ikke er praktisk. Det er forholdsvis nyistandsat, men desværre delt på flere etager. Skal man rundt i byen er stedet meget godt placeret til alle seværdigheder på gå-ben. Vi var meget glade for at være der. |

La limpieza de la habitación y la amabilidad y profesionalidad del único empleado, el cual se encargaba de todas las labores del hotel. No se puede considedad como hotel, es una casa con habitaciones.El tamaño de la habitacion es muy pequeño, nada que ver con lo que se muestra en las fotos de la pagina web. El ascensor (montacargas) no llegaba hasta el último piso, por lo que tuvimos que cargar con las maletas hasta la habitación. Escaso buffet. |

Barátságos fogadtatás, tiszta fürdőszoba, elfogadható reggeli,csomagmegőrzés, udvarias kiszolgálás, rugalmas problémamegoldás Pontos cím emelet, ajtó nem volt megadva, nehezen megtalálható, sötét belső udvarra néző ablak, kevés levegő, konyhaszag, főzészaj, csörömpölés este 11-ig, klímaberendezések zúgása, kutya, baromfiak !kiáltozása hajnaltól, még füldugóval se lehetett aludni. La administradora y el mayordomo eran extremadamente amables y simpáticos. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Muy preocupados y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos encantó. El desayuno es orientado al dulce. La internet est´disponible 100% en el lobby. |
