the hotel is quite worn out. we booked an apartment with 2 rooms, balcony with seaview (and we are reassured on email that this is what we"ll get) but what we got is one with a terrace but no seaview. Very disappointing. we need to get a key from the reception to use the sunshade and umbrella on the beach, but we were not informed of that on checking in and need to go back to the reception from beach to get that key. The beach was not a nice sandy beach, rather rocky.

We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms and it was quite spacious and the view was nice.

From the website it looked like the hotel was right on the beach, but the actual rooms were quite far from the beach - 300m even though we had an 5 pers apartment we had the right to have only 2 beds and one umbrella on the beach and you had to wake up early to get them - 8 am.

Good atmosphere, close to beach, volleyball/football court

Service was poor at times. Asked for iron but didn't get any nor any help on where to get it. Very poor. But they were helpful with internet connection.

We were very well welcomed by the staff and helped for the different hotel facilities (tennis, fitness, beach, windsurf, restaurant). The view from our room (a 2-room-apartment) was just amazing on the sea! And at a very affordabable price for this area of the island (Porto Cervo) with its own private beach! I can only recommend the place for few days or even for a very relaxing week on the beach with some activities (only you want!).

Even if we asked for a room with sea view, and the hotel was quite empty, we got a room from which we could only image the sea. Even if we did not use any equipment of the beach, we had to pay 10 Euro per person.

Es un hotel muy bonito, muy bien situado y con muchas posibilidades. Hemos ido fuera de temporada y todos los restaurantes y bares estaban cerrados, por lo que no puedo valorarlos. Sin embargo han tenido el detalle de dejarnos una bandeja en la habitación con un huevo de pascua de Toy Story 3 para mi hija de 4 años, y pastitas, pan, leche, agua, zumo y otras cosas para el desayuno.

Si bien limpiaban la habitación todos los días. La limpieza era muy superficial y nunca han limpiado debajo de las camas y de los muebles.

è una struttura con ancora molte potenzialità da sfruttare, si nota che stanno tentando di risollevarla dopo anni difficili. Appartamenti scrostati con segni di muffa poco consoni ai prezzi. Ristoranti interni alla struttura da rilanciare, troppo costosi per quello che offrono.

La posizione, la spaziosita' dell'appartamento e la sua splendida vista

La pulizia degli ambienti comuni sicuraemente carente, la manutenzione dellestruttrue sia comuni che all'interno dell'appartamento assolutamente da posto 1 sstella: tutto lasciato andare al suo destino...! Un vero peccato xche' il posto non merita questo abbandono!

Tiene muchas posibilidades diferentes para pasarlo bien: playa tranquila, oferta de excursiones, lugares bonitos cerca, actividades con monitores para los jóvenes, posibilidad de diferentes deportes como fútbol, volley, tenis..., Restaurantes y bares, entorno muy agradable y finalmente buena atención por parte del pesonal.

La obligatoriedad de sacarse la tarjeta club y tener que depositar una fianza en metálico. Por otra parte, una de las camas desplegables tenía un colchón extremadamente delgado (5 cm) aunque al segundo día fue cambiado por el hotel.

Posizione stupenda, ambienti esterni molto ben curati, giardini verdissimi e ampissimi, zona attività sportive molto ben tenuta, si attività sportive, sull'erbetta fresca ..... una meraviglia, ottima sezione fittness attrezzata; fiori dappertutto, accesso direttamente sulla spiaggia di liscia di vacca, personale di animazione davvero eccezionale sempre propositivo e mai invadente, con i bambini sono molto attenti, quasi un servizio "personalizzato" a misura del Proprio bambino; Il personale di pulizia appartamenti è molto efficiente.

L'appartamento molto bello e grande con vista straordinaria sul mare quando siamo arrivati non era stato arieggiato, c'era una forte puzza di muffa, qualche volta l'acqua dai rubinetti arrivava a singhiozzo, altri dettagli dell'appartamento migliorabili per una sistemazione di questa categoria.

Contesto paesaggistico meraviglioso

La struttura ha bisogno di una bella rinfrescata ... I giardini sono meravigliosi !!

Als deutsche Familie Urlauber 2. Klasse. Kaum einer spricht English was das Einchecken sehr schwierig gestaltet. Clubcard muss beim Auschecken mit 170,00 Euro extra bezahlt werden obwohl nicht mal bekommen, geschweige den drauf hingewiesen worden. Strand ist kiesig und liegt in einer Bucht. Es gibt aber sehr viele wunderschöne Strände in unmittelbarer Entfernung wenn man mit dem Auto da ist. Zimmermädchen waren sehr fleißig und sehr nett. Schöner Urlaub mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Für das Geld aber viel mehr Service erwartet.
