Good staff, lovely view and good size appartments - great sized balcony No where to drop off my key in the morning as left early and had to leave it on the table outside reception. |

The design of the hotel with winding alleyways was very beautiful. Great views. Very clean and quiet. Great master bedroom with large bed. Close to beach (basic beach compared to others on the island). Great for shopping, luxury boutiques nearby in Porto Cervo centre. However, during our stay (22-25 May), most shops were closed and most restaurants were closed during the day. Not all appliances in the room worked. The TV control knobs were taken out and there was no remote. The phone did not work. If these were disconnected on purpose and would have incurred extra charges for use then that is a big downside of the hotel in my opinion. We had to pay in full on arrival but were told we would be issued with the receipt on check out. This is very unusual! |

Spacious apartment with nice views and very nice surroundings. Bathtub drain was all blocked with hair, so that water does not go away. We reported it to staff, but unfortunately it was not fixed during our 4 day stay... |

The location was fantastic, short stroll across nice grounds to the beach. Great spot and facilities for groups or families. The weekend of our stay there was a dog show hosted by the hotel. Had we been informed of this we would not have stayed here. Dogs were barking all hours of the day and we were dodging dog excrement everywhere (even on the beach!!) for three days, with no apology or compensation from the hotel. |

Complex very pleasant, right on the beach. Difficult to eat dinner in restaurant with young children as evening service started late. Plagued by wasps every meal time in appartment, and the only table was an outdoor one (which was too big to fit in the appartment itself). Also, no information on where to dispose of rubbish, what bins to put recycling in, places to visit etc. |

La estancia estuvo muy bien, pero soy consciente de que fuimos en temporada media y el hotel nos salio por muy buen precio. Eramos 6 personas en un apartamento y la noche nos salio por 17,50 euros a finales de abril, por lo tanto calidad precio excelente. Ademas, el sitio es precioso Hubo un pequeño incidente, puesto kla noche kllegamos los recepcionistas del hotel se habian ido, pero un empleado muy amable consiguio resolver el problema, y todos los clientes conseguimos entrar a nuestros apartamentos (nuestras llaves estaban en un sobre, junto con nuestra reserva) |

Todo ha sido genial. El hotel esta en un sitio ideal y muy tranquilo. La arquitectura es preciosa. Los apartamentos tienen unas vistas increibles. Las instalaciones son muy completas. |

La struttura davvero bella. La pulizia e l'ordine. Giardino e spiaggia tutto molto curato. La nostra visita e' stata a inizio stagione pertnto l'hotel / residence non era troppo frequntato. Purtroppo isolato rispetto al centro pertanto si neccessita di auto a seguito. |

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen und die Appartments haben einen wunderschönen Ausbklick auf die Bucht. Der Preis in der Nebensaison ist sehr gut. D.h. in der NEBENSAISON sehr zu empfehlen. Die Appartments sind doch schon etwas alt und eine Sanierung würde ihnen gut tun. Vor allem eine größere Küche, ein renoviertes Bad und neue Matratzen wären dringend nötig. In der Hauptsaison wäre der Preis maßlos überteuert. |

la bellezza della struttura, il bilocale molto confortevole e bello, il parco perfettamente curato e a disposizione dei clienti nella struttura c'è un ristorante a pagamento che è gestito da personale assolutamente inadatto e rumoroso (stereo al massimo nonostante il locale fosse vuoto, fino a tarda ora e poco rispettosi nei confronti dei clienti che con le dovute maniere chiedevano di abbassare il volume: molte camere sono sopra al ristorante; questa è stata l'unica nota stonata. |
