EASY ACCESS TO EVERYTHING. FRIENDLY HOST
The location was superb; near to Colosseum and a view of St Peter's. Rooftop deck was incredible for daily breakfast and for relaxing with a drink. Max was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great.
Would prefer a larger size soap (mini) in the bathroom.
Superb views from rooftop terrace overlooking Roman Forum Breakfast & evening drinks on rooftop terrace Hospitality from owner Max, lovely, helpful and professional Centrally located for walking to sights Will definately return
it is 5 min walk to Colleseo and Piazza Venezzia. Max and the other staff was so friendly. It was our wedding on 20th June and Max was so kind to host some friends at the roof. The view of the roof is perfect. Room Colleseo seems larger than ours and recommend to book that one ;)
Access, staff good and helpful, breakfast adequate and rooftop amazing.
Asking for towels as usually we had 1, a bed that was a mattress, and not a real bed.
Location. Breakfast was OK
Steps, even though there is a very small elevator that hold 3 people. There were still steps to get to the elevator, which was hard with suitcases, then once out if the elevator there were more steps. For a week stay these steps became more difficult, as they are deep marble steps. Our room had an issue with the toilet not flashing well, water would not refill. Also the shower overflowed. It was a minor fix but I told the owner about it in the morning after this happened and when we got back in the evening, he had not even looked at it. Our room was small but adequate. The other room rented by our relatives was very spacious with an awesome bathroom. They could not get WIFI in their room.
The wonderful balcony with it's incredible views and the fact you could use it any time you wanted to. The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help you. I loved everything about Made in Rome.
What's not to like!
Its a place in a heart of Rome! You can go up to the terrace and see around you many sights such as Colloseum. Room was clean and comfortable for 3 people. Bathroom too. It was a bit small, not very comfortable for take shower, but its ok. The location is so perfect. Its easy to take metro (Cavour or Colloseum, 5 min walking). 20 min walking to Termini train station. For going to the airport I suggest you taxi if you are 3 or 4 people. The price is fixed - 48 eur. But if you are alone, you can take metro to Termini (1,5 eur) and then train to the airport (14 eur). Massimilliano and Pompeo were very helpful and nice! WIFI worked perfectly all the time! W TC even had russian channel)))
Breakfast could be better. And for me I think its better to put coffee machine and let guests to make coffee themselves.
we liked the location, and the terrace
we didn't like the food, small amounts and the bread wa sfrom a pack, the coffee was from a Nesspresso machine and we couldnt make it ourselves, the single foldable bed my mother had to sleep on was small and unconfortable. We felt watched the whole time.
Perfect location and absolutely stunning views. Lovely comfortable room and owners very friendly and helpful!! Would definitely go back
great location, lovely staff, lovely breakfast - great for a b&b
I liked the B&B location (very close to the Colosseum).
The breakfast wasn't very good. When I booked the room it was supposed to have an air dryer in the room, but we haven't found it. It was too late when we realized it to ask for it so we couldn't have a shower. They gave us an air dryer the next day when I reported it, with a little gift to say sorry for that. Moreover I found the room with four lights not working. I mentioned that to the staff and they seemed not knowing nothing about that. They just sort out one of the four lights. In my opinion the room was too expensive comparing to the service offered. The water flow in the bathroom was very weak and the hot water in the shower was difficult to get when we turned the tap (too hot or too cold).
The 2 male staff were VERY helpful and friendly and good-looking as well ! Our first stop in out country-city-hopping and they assisted in making it very comfortable and cozy. The balcony is fantastic
Perfect location, very nice owners, extremely clean. we will stay there any time in Rome.
view from the balkon, locality of the breakfast
forgetful staff at the end of our residencetime
The location was great. It is withing walking distance to the Colosseum and other attractions. It's also a €10,00 cab ride to the Vatican City. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The roof top has a great view of the city.
Our room did not have hot water to take a shower.
Very kind host, brilliant breakfast. Great location - so close to Forum etc but on quiet side street. Easy to get bus to station or wherever. Lovely small B&B with amazing roof terrace.
Having to leave so soon!
The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.
The rooms are at the top of the building so be prepared for going up lots of stairs. There is an elevator that will by pass 4 floors of stairs, we usual walked down, but took the elevator up.
Unbelievable place! The view can't be beat. We enjoyed wine & appetizers on the roof top. Felt like we were at home. The gentleman on duty hand made us breakfast in the morning ~ which was delicious! Don't hesitate for a minute, stay here!
Excellent hosts Massimiliano and Pompeo. Central location, comfort, clean and cozy room (stayed in Rioni Monti), good breakfast at terrace with beautiful views. Good wi-fi connection.
Not much. - to pay in cash on a day off arrival - would suggest to put a carpet in the room
Fantastic location within a couple of minutes of the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. We had the Colosseum room and it was quiet (even though the B&B is as central as you can get), very clean and had loads of storage. The terrace overlooking the Forum was a real bonus.
Not much. Having to pay cash on arrival is inconvenient, and it took a bit of effort to find (the buzzer on the door doesn't have the name of the B&B).
Friendly hosts; great place and location; wonderful, no, amazing terrace. We enjoyed time spent there. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
perfect location, friendly staff, the view from the balcony is simply breathtaking
Great location. Superior double room had view of Collosseum and the Roman Forum. Very close to sightseeing areas. Host was very friendly. Rooftop has beautiful views.
The breakfast was not good. We ate elsewhere after one day of reheated egg in the microwave, toasted white bread and instant coffee! We had a weak signal for the wifi which also worked intermittently.
the roof top terrace was so amazing! Great Views of the city.
The roof top terrace was dirty and no cushions on the wire chairs....so cold and uncomfortable. Otherwise...perfect.
