room was a good size, well appointed and comfortable, location excellent. We were made very welcome and looked after. We have recommended to many friends and family.
nothing - a few more savoury options for breakfast
Nicoletta, the manager, is absolutely one of the best hostess I ever experienced in a hotel. She is soooo helpful
Everything was lovely, we were two families with 4 young children, cannot fault anything
Great location. Very central and still quiet .The great staff were very nice and helpful. Nice big rooms .
The elevator starts from first floor which means that you carry your luggage up and down yourself ,so if you are with a lot of luggage it's not easy .
Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfasts
1. The staff is friendly and helpful with city maps to assist city orientation. 2. The location is good for shopping, restaurants and most attractions are within easy walking distance, at least for us. The Trevi Fountain is 5-10 minutes, the Parthenon about 10 minutes (through lots of fun shop and restaurant areas) and the Coliseum was about 20-minutes away. Vatican City/St. Peter's Square/Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel was about 40 minutes but we walked along the Tiber River for part of it and it wasn't bad. 3. Breakfast is definitely just "Italian" with cereal, breads, yogurt, cheese and salami (not hot food except for self-made toast) but was tasty and adequate. One free Latte or Cappuccino was included but any more were charged a nominal fee.
1. Location is hard to find. Our taxi driver dropped us off near the Trevi Fountain and we had to walk some six blocks and muddle through trying to find it. The sign is very small on the side of the building with a small alley-like cafe (not the hotel's). Our son finally found it but it was tough. 2. This "hotel" really is more like a Bed and Breakfast. The many keys needed to come and go from our room, the hall door, the downstairs door and finally the door to the outside were inconvenient. We only had one set of keys so we had to always do things together as there was no phone in the room and no way to contact someone already inside to come down and open doors for later entry! This is a real problem for catching an early flight before staff is on site. 3. Office is only open from 12:00-18:00 for check-in; extra charge for check-in after hours. 4. The bed mattresses were just that--no box springs between us and the wood (or metal frame for our son's) and we found them uncomfortable. 5. Lots of dust bunnies under the beds! 6. Shower is small and water temperature fluctuates all the time. 7. Air conditioning worked fine but took a while to cool the room after being gone.
Excellent location, character B&B, both manageress are very helpful and friendly. Our room is exactly what we find on the website.
There are 2 rooms on each side of the the reception desk which are very close to the front entrance to the B&B apartment and breakfast area. You will definitely hear noise if any guests or anyone coming in and out of the B&B, and for breakfast. These 2 rooms are also in the 'front' of the B&B which is almost right on top of Via del Corso, so expect to hear noise from just general traffic 24/7! Windows are all double glazed but you can still hear the noise! we didn't mind that but it might be a problem with some people. The young lady in charge of breakfast could be a bit more friendly! She is not rude but just a little smile would be nice in the morning!.
The location was excellent. The staff friendly and gave good advice about locals trips, where to him what to look out for. The room was spotless, the bathroom spotless. I cannot fault the accommodation or the staff.
Nothing, everything was perfect for our needs.
Location & friendliness of staff.
Limited wifi available in room
The location was perfect; the service was excellent. We had no complaints whatsoever. Elia and Nicoleta were superb hosts, helping with everything from securing train tickets to answering all of our touring and sightseeing questions. One of them even offered, when our credit card didn't work, to secure the reservation for us with her card and we could simply reimburse her. The Continental breakfast was very nice and wi-fi perfect; both of which was free. Everything was perfect, except the room was a little small, but that's normal for European fare. It was our honeymoon and we thoroughly enjoyed it starting with I Tre Moschetierri. They did not disappoint! We would not hesitate to return.
We only had 1 night however the staff and facilities were 1st class. Wonderful relaxed and friendly ambience, everything was done to make us feel as welcome and as comfortable as possible - could not fault anything about this hotel. Many many thanks
Convenience of its location, staff were helpful and friendly, very clean.
Excellent location. The staff where very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious.
While this hotel is in an excellent location for site seeing, the rooms can be a little noisey due to traffic, even when windows are closed.
The location was excellent, Nicoletta and Ellia were very helpfull and the use of tea and coffee facilities were most welcome.
The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating of our needs. The location is superb as it is central to all tourist attractions and shops. Our hotel room was cleaned everyday and the towels were replaced everyday too.
Very minor things: 1.0 No English Channels on T.V. ex: CNN and BBC 2.0 Being located at the heart of the city, you can still hear the noise from the traffic outside even if the windows are closed. 3.0 The water pressure of the shower was a bit low.
Starting with the location, impeccable cleanliness and ending with the incredible warmth and efficient help provided by Nicoletta and Elia the word Eccelent is not enough to rate I Tre Moschettieri!! Mille grazie Nico!!!!
Not staying longer!!!
Location was excellent Staff gave recommendations
The hotel is in a great location. It is central to most important city sites. Our room was beautiful, large, comfortable ,clean and quiet . The Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was very good. The beautiful dining room is overlooking the Via Del Corso shopping street, is open all day. Hot drink's available all day. Nicoleta, Elia and Anca are very worm, kind, helpful and welcoming. Every morning Anca made us a great cappuccino!!! Great service!!! I Would certainly come again
Great location. Very central, yet quiet with the room at the back. Staff were very helpful & gave better information & advice than the tourist office up the road. Credit go to Anca, Elia & Manager Nicoleta.
Location ,close to most attractions, friendly and helpful staff. hot drinks available 24/7 in breakfast area.
Noise from reception in the morning, but as we were next door to it, probably unavoidable. No fresh milk only UHT.
Loved the clean comfortable quiet room, friendly helpful staff and exellent location,
Not great for guest with disabilities as 2 flights of steps to hotel and no lift.
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean comfy room with nice bathroom. Good continental breakfast
Location, service & staff.
Nothing of note.
