Very nice and comfortable room, much better than expected for this price. Also free parking in cellar below hotel. Good location halfway between Rome's 'circumvallazione' and the sea. Also at easy distance from both airports. |

Superior Staff Experience especially for a Best Western, Europe and Italy. Clean, fairly comfortable room. Not that close to Airport as advertised, but staff was first rate and friendly. |

The fact that they spoke English and gave very good service. The hotel was close to the airport and it was even possible to go to Rome using public transportation. I tried to get in contact by email after I made the booking through booking.com, but my email was never answered. Eventually I got in contact through the Western hotel side. |

Very litttle. The access to and from the airport is lousy! It took ~1.5 hours to go the 16km. Most taxi drivers refuse to take a fare to the Triangoli! Location. Location< Location. Cavilier and dismissive attitude of the staff. The bed was uncomfortable. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom. We felt like we were a complete imposition for the staff. The place sucked! |

the recieptionists were too frindly and hospitalise , the location was superior for relaxation purposes. the room was to clean the restaurant menue was poor , and the dinner food was not fresh.the breakfast should be much better than it is, as there are not many choices. |

Rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was excellant One recommendation would be a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport. We stayed in a hotel in Venice and they provided a free shuttle. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Breakfast was sufficient. The free internet possibility is excellent. It was a shame that the internet line was down while we were staying as we would have liked to have used it. |

The room was very clean, great breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again - even changed my reservations so that I could stay again, instead of elswhere. |

Efficient and friendly staff. Location. Modern design and facilities. Close to bars, restaurants and shopping. Within reach of Rome and places of interest in the area. Flexible check in times. Secure parking. Tea and coffee facilities in the room (this is not common is Italy). The eggs at breakfast. A covered heated tray would be better than the one they use and perhaps it would be better to cook a few eggs at a time and replenish more frequently. The eggs were like rubber one day. The rest of the breakfast was good. Also, more coathangers please. |

The hotel was clean, in a much better location than i had expected. There is shopping close by. Airport is only 20-30 minutes away. A great place to stay before your flight to America. |

the staff was helpful and pleasant. the room were kept very clean. Travel to the sights were easy. Well, I wish there were more chioces of places to eat in the area, but understand that it is meant to draw business clients. |

The staff at front desk were friendly and helpful, but surprised that i expected a restaurant and/or snack machine or shop in premises. I ended up using mini bar. They were also shocked that I had been led to believe I could get shuttle service back to airport. !. Advertising it as close proximity to FCO airport. I selected it to save money, but would have chosen to stay much closer and pay more and net same expense when I ended up paying 40 euro taxi both ways |
