The hotel was very clean and in good location for local bus route. It was also quite and relaxing. I had enquired about a shuttle bus to town with receptionist. She booked for me for later that night. But when I went to reception later to get this the next girl on reception told me there was no shuttle bus began to wave me away and told me to get taxi. Upon my explaination that I had booked this, she rang the other reception and began shouting and arguing with her on phone in front of myself and other guests. After this she arranged for shuttle bus for us but with no apology for her previous rudiness. Lunch at the hotel was also a bit of a joke. No menu or price was provided. You were just giving food to take or leave it. Very unprofessional on both accounts. |

The location, amidst shores and mountain. An ancient village and a couple of castles are also at a walking distance. General poor condition. Bad maintenance and care. You can feel a general sense of untidiness. Unless you want to spend your whole holidays within the facilities of this hotel, a car is totally necessary. |

I liked very much the location and appreciate the calm The breakfast was poor and the breakfast service pretty bad and slow I would suggest you a self service system.Finally,some appartaments could be very noisy depending upon who is beside one |

Beautiful location with sweeping views of the bay.... nice to relax and enjoy the view from the balcony. rooms were directly entered from a shared stairwell, so you could hear other residents coming and going very clearly. |

Nice and quiet place with good view of the Taormina coast. Has a cool platform on the (rocky) beach for sunbathing and swimming. Beach platform / sundeck could do with some renovation / painting. Very poor choice of food on the platform. Complimentary access to a sandy beach would be ideal. |

Capo Dei Greici was absolutely stunning and the staff all went out of their way to make your stay nothing but pleasurable. I would definitely stay there again. You definitely need to have a car to get around as it is a little isolated but that's also a nice part of staying there. |

spa service and excellent water view lack of quality management were seen on every services at this hotel. Housekeeping, room service and breakfast resturant were not at the quality of a four star hotel at all. |

fantastic location, with wonderfull seasight (paying extra for it!), good breakfast (to Italian standards!) a private platform build on the rocks, perfect for snorkeling, kayak, swimming,, easy accessable with elevator, Two swimmingpools with seasight, the staff is very friendly (our rented car broke down and they were very helpfull) 1 day they didn 't make up the room, bars & restaurants are very expensive the pools are only open from 10 untill 18 wich is short in this very hot climate, |

I don´t know where to start. Four stars was only prices, but nothing else. Hotel was empty and it was really hard to find stuff, when I needed. The hotel is in the middle of nothing. Car is a must, even to go to have some food out of hotel. You need a really good condition to overcome that steps and hills. |

The setting was great! Nice bay, view on a castle (ruin), absolutely gorgeous. The swimming pools were also great, especially the one with pool bar. The interiors of the several public buildings were nice too. At the sea you have a nicely created wooden platform with deckchairs. The food in the restaurant at night was very poor and expensive. Have eaten only 1 day in that restaurant. If you want to eat outside you need to reserve a table. Lunchbuffet was allright. We booked two rooms with garden view, but looked out on blind wall. The rooms were small and the shower was the smallest one I've experienced in a hotel ever... |

Excellent sea views, very nice swimming pool. Nice breakfast room with relatively good choice, helpful staff. Location close to Taormina etc. Rooms could be somewhat bigger, and climatisation quieter. also, closing swimming pool at 18h is too soon (and starting at 10h too late). Problematic (but surely not related to the hotel) is the jelly-fish issue in the wide area in the eastern Sicily. |

The view from my room was spectacular, the pools were clean I didn't like the staff of the hotel, I didn't like the breakfast, which was the same every morning, I didn't like that the rooms weren't clean, that the dishes from the restaurants weren't washed properly, extra charge for things that we didn't use...................... |

i can only tell you that im going to book again for 5 days for this coming september. i was afraid before i came because of the guest reviews is a bit non reasonable cause i booked for my friend but i think its a wonderful hotel and the staff were very ok with us and friendly. |

Beutiful view. Very friendly staff. Quite good brekfast. The hotel was empty (begining of May). So no facilities worked: no spa, forbidden access to sea beach, no internet in the rooms (only nest to reception desk), only one pool (of three) was working and was too cold (at that it was forbidden to use outside spa pool with heated water). Probably it is good choice for high season (summer), but not at other time.... |

The location of the hotel only 1 restaurant open. No possibity for a snack or lunch as no food is served between breakfast and 8pm. the restaurant option was very expensive and not flexible..50€ per pers for a buffet.... Staff were not very helpful neither friendly but that might have been due to language barrier (only 1 pers in the whole hotel speaks english) and my italian is very poor unfortunately.. |

meraviglioso il contesto, panorama spettacolare dalle piscine, molto curati i giardini , colazione super a buffet. ottima aria condizionata ,ascensore che porta alla passerella privata sul mare con sdrai a volontà per tutti con teli mare gratis, molto bello e originale, vale la pena provarlo. le camere non sono molto grandi ma in compenso è grande il terrazzo.Meduse in mare perlomeno in quel periodo di agosto in cui siamo stati ma non è colpa dell'hotel, il personale delle pulizie, solo alcune comunque, è un pò menefreghista, Ci vuole una macchina perchè è lontano da taormina |
