The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools are nice and the platform by the sea is certainly unique. Good selection for breakfast.

The hotel seemed a bit deserted for the first few days we were there before the weekend arrived and there was plenty of activity. The location is poor served by an unreliable bus service and way over priced taxis. The choice of cuisine in the pool bar was poor and overpriced, there was little or no atmosphere in the hotel in the evening. The main hotel restaurant was not good for the guests who were only staying b&b, overpriced food at an average quality. The rooms do not have ironing facility, you must pay to have your ironing done, madness! The rooms were average. There are more bad points about this hotel than good points unfortunately.

The relax, comfort and the nice view on the seaside. The service was good and the personel was very gentle.

Dreadful hotel. The complete lack of facilities and atmosphere meant we spent the minimum amount of time at the hotel. Towels in the rooms were worn out and torn. The beach platform looked like something I had made myself and there were no refreshments or toilets available near to it. The hotel is no longer part of the nh group despite being advertised as such. There was not enough room to stand by the bed or walk round it without banging your head in the ceiling (this was a superior room!) The aircon unit was less than 1m from the bed, had to be left on all night and was very noisy Basically a total load of shit rip-off hotel that nearly ruined our honeymoon

La calorosita' del personale

Sorge in luogo tranquillo fuori dal centro abitato ma nello stesso tempo vicinissimo alla splendida Taormina, nella quale siamo tornati nuovamente adesso come famiglia.

L'unica cosa negativa è che proprio per la sua posizione a 10 km da Taormina, occorre organizzarsi per la visita della città e francamente non vi era un servizio navetta per il centro città cosa che offrono gran parte degli albeghi da 4 stelle nelle vicinanze. E poi la struttura è distribuita in tante palazzine posizionate tutte in salita, quindi lo consiglio a chi è disposto a fare sforzi per salire e scendere per arrivare in camera.. Però il soggiorno è stato positivo.

L'unica nota negativa è stato il personale addetto al bar poco professionale a volte scortese e poco attento. Spero sia stato un caso.

La cordialità dello staff, a tutti i livelli. La cura della struttura. L'eccellenza del ristorante.

la piattaforma al mare non facilmente accessibile per chi ha bimbi piccoli e moglie in attesa. ma devo dire che anche questo posto è esclusivo.

Posizione meravigliosa sulla Baia di Taormina, serivizio di qualità, staff attento alle esigenze del cliente.

Le piscine del Hotel sono fantastiche e bene tenute

Si le camere sono molto distanti dal complesso principale e quindi per utilizzare I servizi devi fare km su km

Subliem hotel, gelegen in, op en door de rotsen. goed ontbijt (koffie wat minder lekker, maar de granite de limone maakt dat meer dan goed) zalige zwembaden, en een platform aan zee waarvan je kan duiken in de zalige baai.Je wordt rondgereden van de receptie naar je kamer, waar het heerlijk koel is en je een 380 ¨graden zicht hebt op de baai van Taormina

Je moet een auto hebben want het is ver van alles vandaan, je kan er niet een wandelingetje maken naar het dorp bijvoorbeeld. Maar voor ons was er geen enkel probleem, met de auto kan je ruim parkeren op de voorziene parkings.

La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere Taormina e comunque distante da folla e confusione. La struttura è pulita, confortevole e offre la possibilità di scegliere tra la tranquillità delle piscine e il sole del mare.

Alcune camere soffrono di poca luce e poca aria.
