PROXIMITY OF AIRPORT
NO GYM NO POOL
its far from center city it doesnt have iron in rooms for pressing clothes in my room there was no hot water.
Friendly, kind staff and very helpful.Quiet area.Has a supermarket and bus stop right around the corner.Very near the Marriot hotel where our business event was.(You can either walk or take the bus for it.)
Towels were changed every day but were thrown on the floor one day when we were still sleeping. They also woke us up by coming in, cause we had to sleep late due to the fact we finished late from our business seminar.
Really nice hotel, excellent ubication and good accommodation
There was a long line in the reception, we had to wait 40 min to make check in
The hotel is great, even the staff was so helpful.
The only thing is the position of the hotel. I new that is a bit far from the centre but with the busses arranged wonderfully.
the room is quite clean and the staff are kind.
It is nearly insane to go to the hotel at night by public transportation. When I got off the train station, I needed to walk through the street without light for at least 30 minutes to the hotel. It is said that I can take a bus but after getting off the train it was just hard to find the bus stop because there was nobody to ask at night in such a remote place. I think it is fine if you drive car or go to hotel in the daytime.
Location, value for money
Using wi-fi was a bit of a trouble as well as there was no basic tea/coffee/kettle provided
staff are good and very accommodating and friendly and helpful
The Air conditioning was not that strong enough to cool the whole room, there's no cable only local channels and no english channels as well.
While the staff was friendly, they simply took too long to service customers. On the first day when we arrived, when we were about to check-in, it took around half an hour to get our room key and around the same time when we were going out for leisure.
Dirty room Dirty bathroom Dirty floor Dirty doors Dirty everything And the woman at the reception who said the room was clean!
The staff was absolutely amazing- each one them, they went out of their way to help out, provide information and book taxis.
The location is quite far and not so well connected if you want to go to the center of Rome
Reception and nearby from the airport.
Overall terrible stay, very rude staff- on our 2nd of 3 nights staff came bamgin on the door literally! Sayin we have to check out. Ehen we told them we had a night left they didnt apologise or anything just said mistake. Also the wifi is not very good.
I stayed in your hotel during big event in Roma. The hotel was full and for breakfast I didn´t find any clean spoon, knife, cup, plate. Three days I ate ham, cheese, and eggs. Choosing food very weak.
the reception staff should be trained to deal with foreign clients and be able to speak more languages not only their own language, that is very frustrating for customers, it is a shame that their city is still one of the most visited tourists from around the world. The bathroom had dirty towels, that was very annoying,
The location was easy to find. They had a parking garage. They had a restaurant, so we didn't have to leave when we arrived at night.
The rooms were basic, shower was overflowing, light was out and flickering, no bureau or closet for clothes, small-basic room. Staff were semi-friendly. It's not a luxury hotel, though the pictures make it look like one.
its far away and you have to wait almost an hour to catch bus 128 which takes you to San Basilio train station.
far to centrer of Rome
Staff very accomodating great deal for the money if you dont mind being out of the city a bit
Breakfast could be just a little more "american" if possible. But was adequate
Very close to highway to Fiumicino airport
The starting time of breakfast is too late.
