|Elisa Guest House offers free WiFi throughout and classically furnished rooms with parquet floors and a TV. Rome's Tiburtina Train and Metro Station is 500 metres away.|
Very nice and helpful staff. Close to airport
Ibis hotel is very far from the city. It took us about 1 to 2 hours 30mn to arrive to Termini Station or Tiburtina Station. You have to catch the bus (might be late) than take the train (lateness). Waiting for the bus after 7 pm was very dangerous as the road is empty. Even in the morning, it is not safe, as thieves tried to take our purses, pretending they are police... once we asked them to accompany us to hotel, they run away :( Same breakfast every day, no change :( many missed items!!!
Staff was incredible friendly!
Ibis staff was good
Too far from the central rome.
Very friendly and helpful staff in the hotel and its bar and restaurant; great vale for money overall
A bit far out of town, but fairly handy for the airport by taxi; not many choices of places to eat nearby; local area is rather derelict.
It is a nice Ibıs Hotel. Rooms were clean and large enough.Breakfast was ok. Free parking is good.
If you are going to Rome forget this location, it is another city. However it is great for business fairs around.
Delicious food, very friendly waiter, good buffet at continental breakfast, nice choice of pasta for dinner, quite good affordable wine. Very pleasant manager of reception.
Low level of English among reception staff, a little bit of chaos in their papers, They wanted to charge us for the dinner that we had already paid for a night before. They were quite stubborn when it came to asking for a different room but the manager sorted the problem out.
I didn't like their breakfast at all. The don't offer bus shuttle to the centre.
The attitude of one front desk staff Mr.Alessandro - best suited for a customer facing role - very energetic, always smiling, very helpful ( his genuineness showed)... If I come back to Ibis Roma Fiera, he would be the first reason to do so.
The lady receptionist told me on the phone my booking is not there- showed so much resistance and reluctance to check my name with correct spelling..as a Asian visitor to Rome, and calling from the Roma Termini station, that too at night and with my worried wife with me, this staff behaving with cold response is a shocker..If I would avoid Roma Termini it would be because of her. She was on duty on the evening of 14th October. Even later when I had approached the Front Desk, her demeanour didnt seem to be guest-friendly. I have visited atleast 10 famous & busy European cities such as Amsterdam, Brussels, Berlin, Vienna, Athens etc. in the past 3 years and I have experience across half a dozen hotel chains. This behaviour is very strange for a reputed chain like Ibis.
25 mins out of centre by train. Very clean and modern. Free bus to train station, great value for the money.
I did like the location, the facilities (all brand new) and safety.
It took me 30 mins to check in, because it is not possible to have two invoices for a twin room, with the amount split into two. Night concierge told me there was no need to book a taxi to the airport for the morning, in the morning getting a taxi was just a nightmare
The position is near by the Exhibition, so it is not bad.
1. Wifi traffic problem 2. Exhibiton Shuttle bus is not contacted with Ibis hotel.
they "lost" my reservation and after a lot of stress charged me 50% more than the prebooked price. No kettle, iron, safe etc. Miles from anywhere, the restaraunt is typical - overpriced and poor service so the other choice is a kebab/pizza takeaway joint. There is no footpath to the metro station, and the buses don't run late so be back by 10pm.
PROXIMITY OF AIRPORT
NO GYM NO POOL
its far from center city it doesnt have iron in rooms for pressing clothes in my room there was no hot water.
Friendly, kind staff and very helpful.Quiet area.Has a supermarket and bus stop right around the corner.Very near the Marriot hotel where our business event was.(You can either walk or take the bus for it.)
Towels were changed every day but were thrown on the floor one day when we were still sleeping. They also woke us up by coming in, cause we had to sleep late due to the fact we finished late from our business seminar.
Really nice hotel, excellent ubication and good accommodation
There was a long line in the reception, we had to wait 40 min to make check in
The hotel is great, even the staff was so helpful.
The only thing is the position of the hotel. I new that is a bit far from the centre but with the busses arranged wonderfully.
the room is quite clean and the staff are kind.
It is nearly insane to go to the hotel at night by public transportation. When I got off the train station, I needed to walk through the street without light for at least 30 minutes to the hotel. It is said that I can take a bus but after getting off the train it was just hard to find the bus stop because there was nobody to ask at night in such a remote place. I think it is fine if you drive car or go to hotel in the daytime.
Location, value for money
Using wi-fi was a bit of a trouble as well as there was no basic tea/coffee/kettle provided
staff are good and very accommodating and friendly and helpful
The Air conditioning was not that strong enough to cool the whole room, there's no cable only local channels and no english channels as well.
While the staff was friendly, they simply took too long to service customers. On the first day when we arrived, when we were about to check-in, it took around half an hour to get our room key and around the same time when we were going out for leisure.
Dirty room Dirty bathroom Dirty floor Dirty doors Dirty everything And the woman at the reception who said the room was clean!
The staff was absolutely amazing- each one them, they went out of their way to help out, provide information and book taxis.
The location is quite far and not so well connected if you want to go to the center of Rome
