the room ar very small and the air conditioned is central and i frosing in may room

The hotel located in the great location just 5 mins by walk from the central station. The room was modern clean and well equipped. Breakfast was nice as well

The bathroom was a little bit not comfortable for shower but not such a big problem. They don't have the curtain to close so the water will come out when taking shower.

Location. Breakfast was palatable. Reception staff accomodating.

My room sadly had an ant infestation. The bathroom flooded when taking a shower as no curtain. The toilet pan was located too close to the shower cubicle side so sitting proved difficult! The toilet flusher was broken.

WiFi was not working and staff at check in was unpleasant. Staff later in our stay was more helpful but still very cold and unfriendly compared with our other experiences in the area

Very poor bathroom! No bathtub or shower curtain (showering would flood the whole bathroom), bad shampoo, dark, uncomfortable.

Wonderful breakfasts. Great restaurant suggestions from front desk staff. Convenient location to train station and metro. Excellent mattress.

It is very close to Milano Centrale station, where we can connect to train/metro/bus. Bed/Pillows are comfy. Breakfast is good.

A/C is central controlled, and we feel a bit too hot. Although there is big window which can be openned very wide, but we cannot lock it in slightly open position, just to let cool air in.

It was located conveniently by the central train station. It was clean and breakfast was okay. It was just a 15 minute walk to the Duomo.

I wanted to be close to the central station as I had an early start so ideal location.

I thought the wi fi was free and had to pay over 14 euros for two night stay when I used it for maybe only three hours. The attitude of the staff was to say how bad booking.com are. The guy on reception was standing outside smoking with his mates, mini bar wasn't topped up, little things probably but on the back of two great hotels within a similar budget the 4 days prior this left me feeling disappointed. You can be good value for money and care about what your guests feel. I did say this when I checked out but I think it fell on stony ground.

Modern design room. Comfortable room. Near the Milano Centrale station.

No free WiFi and have to pay 7 Euro for 24 hours usage.

Very close to central train station which was brilliant. Very clean and contemporary looking hotel. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Air conditioner didn't work, staff did not believe us and were unhelpful in relation to this Room was 30 degrees Finally fixed by helpful and nice maintenance man after threatening to sleep in the foyer Rest of the staff grumpy and Unhelpful

Way too overpriced!!! Room was like a cage-no space around the bed-dark and claustrofobic.bathroom was in the size of an airplane toilet. Couldnt shower without overfloating the whole bathroom with water. Attention, you have to pay for internet 7 euros per day, but what they dont say on their website is, that you have to pay for every device separately. 3 devices= 21 euros per day!!! I think free wifi should be standart in our days in every good hotel. Minibar was not rich at all. Breakfast hadnt healthy food like fresh fruits or good bread/cheese only white toast and cakes. Elevator way too slow and small. Staff was not helpfull or friendly at all. Needed two bills for each night I was staying. One for me and one for company. They couldn't do it. Never again, was a horrible stay and with that money I could have had a whole suite in another place . its crazy!

Most facilities look great, but the quality is actually not. Things are broken easily. Internet is not free either.

the room was very tidy, cleany the staff was helpful and nice especially the night staff (and the coordinator who welcome us on Friday night)

the shower had a major pbm of leak the breakfast was not we expected to be : no choice of fresh fruits, little bread, no vegetables or porr choice.
