connection to the airport and exactly this was a purpose of booking

lady on the reception was really strange, maybe because of her English she was not able to understand simple needs, maybe she simply doesnt care. i'm more for second :) Be afraid taxi drivers in airport doesnt like to go to this hotel and you do not have too much argues to convince them especially at the night time and with babies.

Lovely spacious room with a very comfortable bed, view, and very modern bathroom with a bath! Admirably clean. Breakfast was comprehensive and plentiful. Staff most obliging and the bill was reasonable.

A/c was a little noisy but not unbearable.

The room was clean, staff friendly, there is a shuttle bus to the Malpensa Airport.

Accommodation very basic, any extras like mini bar or internet is very pricy.

the staff was great, the decor was so interesting i had to admire it and the food was fine. plus, it just fit the bill to a tea (herb tea ) and i would go back in a minute and stay longer if need be. as for the price, wow, it's a great deal and i loved it. thank you!

Great location - near Malpensa Airport if you have to catch an early flight and the hotel provides FOC airport shuttle from 5am. The most efficient check-in ever, including shuttle booking and wake up call all done in less than 10minutes. Reception staff fluent in English. A special appreciation to Christian (late night reception) for being supper helpful. Restaurant has nice freshly made spaghetti.

Clean, modern, easily accessible with free shuttle, great breakfast and free internet access. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. Near the airport but also in a quiet area didn't hear the noise of airplanes.

To use the internet you had to connect to their computers (they had 2 desktop computers), so you couldn't use your phone to connect to the wifi. Also I didn't like that it wasn't very clear when I booked it that when you arrive late after midnight there won't be a free shuttle. We had to hurry up and run to be there on time at 11.20 for the last free bus shuttle. Luckily we made it on time but just I think it should have been more clear.

Not being well maintained. From exterior you think it may be abandoned when you arrive. Not really a 4 star closer to 2 star.

Very good airport hotel, 3km only away from the airport (terminal 2), clean and comfortable. People at the reception very polite.

We loved the breakfast & enjoyed the fact that it was free & so well stocked.

The room was spotless and the bed really comfortable. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was good too. The staff were very pleasant.

The hotel really need to get their act together with regards to the courtesy bus to and from the airport. As a solo traveler & a woman I flew in late at night to Terminal 2. It became obvious that there were too many people waiting for the 23.00 bus & so a lot of shoving & pushing went on as people fought for seats. It resulted in many of the passengers being left behind at the airport with the next mini bus not due to return until midnight. I appreciate that it does say the bus operates on a 'first come first served' basis. The bus should be continuously running in order to transport everyone to the hotel. When I checked in, I was asked which courtesy bus I would like & was shocked to discover the bus only ran until 10am. My flight was not until 14.20 so the bus should be running until at least 11.30am. The return journey to the airport was very crushed with everyone packed in like sardines. No sign of any seat belts. One Australian couple had so much luggage plus a pram that there was little room for everyone else. They should have been made to travel in a taxi. I am sorry to be on a rant but it's only May so I cannot imagine how upset people will get in the summer months if this is the sort of poor service one gets in relation to the courtesy bus. It spoiled an otherwise lovely stay at the hotel and I don't think I would book in again because of this.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the amenities were modern and easy to use. The meal at the restaurant was superb!!!

Idea Hotel is a convenience hotel, a clean and comfortable place when one can stay in transit between two flights. It is basic but quiet, provides excellent breakfast and shuttle service.

Budget, decent breakfast, location & car parking.

Bedroom was dirty, missing lampshades, missing loo roll holder, dirty bedspreads, walls needed a coat of paint as they were badly marked. More seriously, the hairdryer in the bathroom shorted out while using.

simple, spacious rooms. Very close to the airport, yet surrounded by nature and a few houses. Very good rates and friendly staff.

no curtain in the bathtub/shower. It would be easy to fix this, hope they do something about it: every shower generates a mess, without a curtain.
