Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The Hotel offers all facilities for those who like to enjoy an German atmosphere. Again when we are staying in the north of |Italy we experience the fact that the beds are to small and the matras feels like a piece of wood. |

The wellness area with a great pool. The big free parking ideal to whom is going down to Italy and want to have a brake. Breakfast was surprinsigly good for Italian standards. Free Wi-fi Internet |

The location was convenient and the price point was good. The street that the hotel was on was very busy, and I was quite surprised that the room did not have air conditioning. |

The hotel was located centrally and was peaceful in the evenings. Airconditioing was not working in the first 2 rooms we were offered, but functioned in the 3rd room that we were upgraded to. The worst aspect of our stay, had to be the experience in the breakfast room. The buffet breakfast was average in quality at best, but worst of all, we observed waiters clearing food leftovers (bread rolls etc) from guests breakfast tables and returning this food to the buffet again, after having been placed on the dirty trollies used to clear the tables. Similarly, we witnessed staff squeezing/touching the bread rolls to find the freshest for themselves. It was enough to put us off eating breakfast at this place... |

Good clean hotel, with good facilities This isn't really a fault of the hotel, but there isn't many restaurants nearby which makes eating out a bit uninteresting. |

Great mini-suite room. Good breakfast. Free parking. When we checked in, the receptionist didn't give us information on how to use the internet in our room. The night receptionist didn't know how to set it up so we had to do without. Italy has a law where free internet can only be used via username/password with the provider having the right to all your information and data usage. |

Per chi viaggia in macchina è l'ideale. Si trova a 10 km da Bolzano. Stanze pulite ed accoglienti. E' dotato di piscina interna riscaldata aperta fino alle 24. Colazione a buffet molto ricca. |

Besonders gefallen hat mir das Hallenbad und die Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage kostenlos zu parken. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Ausstattung ok., die großzügige Terasse vor den Zimmern ist toll. Die Bedienung in der Hotelbar könnte sicher 5 mal soviel Umsatz machen, wenn sie die Gäste öfter kontaktieren würde. |

Kiváló személyzet, gyors kiszolgálás, jó megközelíthetőség, kényelmes belső közlekedés a létesítmények között, jó parkolás, komfortos szoba és fürdőszoba, jó étkeztetés. Szoba nagyon hideg volt, a külső hőmérséklet is alacsony volt. Honlapi véleményeket nem olvastam. |
