De tudo. O casal proprietário é maravilhoso, a limpeza dos quartos, a qualidade das instalações, o preço é ótimo. é uma cidade de passagem, Perúgia é bonita e Assis também, mas fora isso tem poucas atarções, é para ficar pouco, não o hotem, a cidade.

Posizione tattica per raggiungere il centro di Perugia in pochi minuti. Struttura con garage gratuito da non sottovalutare in una città d' arte con ztl. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari che il giorno della partenza ci hanno permesso di utilizzare la camera per tutto il pomeriggio.

La permanenza è stata molto positiva. Gestione familiare e molto curata. Gentilezza e disponibilità rendono tutto molto piacevole. Ottima la colazione a buffet con torte deliziose e molto altro. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio privato di fronte alla struttura. La camera era spaziosa e molto pulita.

Per tre persone avuto bilocale su due piani, arredo basico, pulizia, cambiato asciugamani e rifatto letti ogni giorno, riscaldamento efficiente, silenzio, parcheggio gratuito, rapporto qualità prezzo. Non fatta colazione. Per andare in centro a Perugia si può prendere l'auto per evitare il primo km in salita (3 minuti) si parcheggia free presso facoltà di veterinaria e si cammina 10 minuti quasi in piano per arrivare al centro storico pedonale.

È' un piccolo hotel a gestione familiare con personale molto cortese. Considerando il prezzo molto a buon mercato la qualità e' ottima, ambienti piccoli ma non manca nulla, pulito e con una prima colazione con varietà di ottime torte e ciambelle di produzione casalinga. L'accesso non è facile ma considerando il prezzo la considero un piccola pecca.

Charmant petit hôtel sans prétention mais avec tout le confort nécessaire. Situé à environ 15 à pied du centre historique c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. La chambre d'une rare propreté.

A localização é excelente. Para quem deseja passear pela cidade ou ficar peregrinar em Assis, excelente pedida. Haviam poucas vagas no estacionamento (6 no total) e ainda eram muito pequenas, como estávamos com um carro grande, fazer manobras foi um tanto cansativo.

La comodità e la tranquillità. Ottima colazione. Prezzi bassissimi. Bisognerebbe limitare automaticamente il volume delle televisioni nelle altre camere per prevenire la maleducazione degli occupanti.
