Very friendly staff. They are a mum and pop type business. Went out of their way to be helpful, even if their English wasnt the best their enthusiasm made up for it. Room was nice and new fitout and cleaned everyday. Its location is more in the suburbs. Its a 10 minute bus into the city though.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We liked the bottles of water given free on arrival. The coffee machine was very useful and made good coffee. We liked having a fridge in the room. We were able to leave our luggage with hotel reception on our last day which, leaving on a train in the late evening, was very useful. Thank you. Our credit card was charged at the time of booking through booking.com but, on arrival at the hotel, we were surprised to be asked to sign a credit card authorisation slip. We hope we are not going to be charged twice. Staff assured us we would not.

We could not rate Hotel Ideale highly enough, as much for the wonderful staff as the hotel itself. They were always helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Complimentary bottled water on arrival and departure was a lovely touch. The room was of a generous size and kept immaculate - can not understand why it only has just one star ... we have stayed at three star hotels with poorer facilities and staff with no concept of customer service at all. Rooms were nice and looked as if they had recently been done up. The staff didn't speak any English so weren't very helpful. The neighbourhood also wasn't the nicest.

The staff were so friendly. They provided us with bottled water on arrival & leaving. They let us leave our bags there. Then when we returned to pick up our luggage; well after checkout time, offered to drive us to the station. The cleanliness was first class!! Highly recommend!!

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, 6-7 perc a bolognai főpályaudvar, 15-20 perc a történelmi belváros. A szállás személyzete kedves, segítőkész, a szoba tiszta, a fürdőszoba kifejezetten modern, ízléses.

Très bon accueil avec personnel disponible et serviable. De petites bouteilles d'eau à disposition (pas toujours fraîches) et chambre très propre. Fait pour les bons marcheurs car à 10 minutes à pied de la gare centrale et 15/17 minutes du centre ville. Pas de connection internet, sonorisation normale (peut -être bruyant pour les dormeurs du matin, heureusement lors de mon séjour il y avait peu de clients). Ne parle pas les langues, donc délicat si vous ne parlez pas du tout l'italien. On vous annonce de façon cavalière de payer tout de suite, mais ils font un reçu et restent très corrects et professionnels. Quartier "plutôt populaire" mais je n'ai pas senti d'insécurité.

de ligging ten opzichte van het centrum. ontbijtmogelijkheden om de hoek. de staf was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.de fles water p.p. een aardige geste. de kamer was voor ons doel(slapen, douchen) 'Ideale'. voor een moeilijke slaper als ik was de verduisteringsmogelijkheid perfect. geen last van warmte, want de ligging op de zon is heel goed. uitstekende verlichting in de badkamer en bij de bedden en een high tech nachtlampje voor liefhebbers. een balkon is fijn, maar zonder stoelen nutteloos. te kleinschalig voor een ontbijt ter plaatse, helaas. verschoning van lakens heeft geen zin als er 3 dagen niet verschoond wordt en de 4e, laatste, dag wel. de handdoeken werden alle 4 dagen niet verwisseld. de flessen water werden niet standaard neergezet. als de (dubbele) beglazing niet gebruikt wordt door de balkondeuren open te zetten, is de kamer heel gehorig voor het langsrazende verkeer. in de zomer zal het dan, zonder AC, heel warm worden in de kamer....

Darmowe WiFi, darmowa woda mineralna. Hotel mały, nieco ciasnawy, ale za to bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Co prawda bez śniadań, ale wkoło jest pełno barów, więc nie ma problemu. Miła, wręcz rodzinna atmosfera

Хороший комфортный отель при достаточно низкой цене номера. По-крайней мере, биде в туалетной комнате, бесплатную минеральную водичку каждый день и кофе за 50 центов, не встретишь во многих трёхзвёздочных отелях. Болонья - прекрасный город для путешествий в соседние города,и расположение отеля Hotel Ideale вблизи железнодорожного вокзала - очень кстати. Не было стакана, в туалетной комнате.
