While the hotel's services are okay, it's clear that it needs updating. The bed, sheets, and towels are worn out, and the shower is hard to reach. The bathroom layout is awkward, and the air conditioning didn't work, so we had to open the window, which made it noisy at night. We're grateful they removed the charge for one dinner plate, but overall, the hotel is a bit expensive for what you get, especially considering others in the area. On the upside, they have an electric car charging station and plenty of parking, which is convenient.

There are some good hotels. Good variety of eating places with very good choice of food. Half hour from Marco Simone Golf Club. Terme on site. Good starting point to visit Rome and the surrounding area.

Tivoli Terme is closer to Villa Adriana than if you stay in Tivoli itself; however there is not much distance between the two. Tivoli is more lively, lots of bars, restaurants and shops open late into the nightLLetrienItaly

The hotel is on a high level. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Very friendly staff. Free parking. Excellent WiFi. We entered our room early in the morning despite we were expected at 14:00.
