Easy subway & bus access and walking! Very friendly and helpful staff! Very clean!!!
The bed was extremely uncomfortable
The location is central in the city and near to the metro. So it is easy to visit the touristic attractions. The room is clean.
The breakfast is bad, only bread butter and marmalade and even that of low quality. The television has nearly only Italian programmes. The room is small.
Very close to Termini for trains, buses Metro and shuttle buses to airports. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast adequate with variety. Good clean facilities.
Beds and pillows hard. No decent restaurants in the area.
Friendly helpful staff / location close to many restaurants / train station / metro/ COLOSEUM
Staff/location Clean/helpful I ALWAYS STAY HERE WHEN IN ROME FOR THE PAST 10+yrs
Good for price. Staff was so kind. Relatively clean.
Hotel close to the Termini and station with good shopping and close to facilities luke supermarket. Lots of restaurants on same street as hotel. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and attentative. Continental breakfast and free wi-fi a bonus. Recommended for those who need a place to sleep and if you just need the basics.
Good location for people without car. Staff was very helpful in general. Hotel was clean. You can find everything you need from restaurants to footwear shop to electronic accessories shop within few meters from the hotel. I stayed there for 5 days and the stay was comfortable.
The lift was very small and staircase narrow. The toilet flush of my room as well as the neighboring room made loud and weird noises after use, which was very disturbing during night, but I used to be so tired in the night that I noticed it only once.
Great Location, about 2 mins walk from Termini. Friendly staff, rooms ok but older than shown in pictures. WIFI ok but was intermittent drop outs. Lots of cafes/restaurants in area but as found with just about every restaurant in Rome we tried the quality of the food is poor compared to other Italian cities.
Breakfast - Coffee was ok, baked goods were below standard/stale.
Friendly staff, nice breakfast & wifi was good
Pillows were too hard
close to the communications (metro, railway station) quiet street clean room excelent wifi good staf
breakfast can be better, limited choice AC did not work properly
The mattress was too soft. Breakfast.
Great location , comfortable.
Breakfast not too flash.
Excellent service and friendly staff. Near train station and restaurants. Will recommend the hotel to friends.
Breakfast was limited to bread, juice and coffee or tea.
Staff very unkind. Wi-fi is terrible. I told staff, but they said "I don't know why wireless internet don't work."
Location is good.
Price abit too high.
The price and location of the hotel was ideal. Stuff was very nice and rooms always cleaned.
Breakfast can be upgraded to include more options.
The hotel is very close to main railway station so not too far to haul your suitcase.
The hotel is a bit run down and in need of major refurbishment.
The location is really near termini station. So I could find there easily. After touring Rome City, moreover, I could take a bus or a subway going to termini. There are lots of trasportation going to termini. So it's very easy to come back to the hotel. And the room in the hotel is clean and cozy but a little bit noisy. If there is a loud noise near your room, you can't sleep. Fortunately, there were no noise except the first day. On the first day, as there were some noise, I couldn't sleep till 3am. But the service was really nice and the freakfast was also good. So if I come to Rome, I will choose the hotel again.
The rooms in the hotel are need to be soundproof.
The breakfast is really… a poor selection. It was almost nothing I could eat. On the other hand… luckily, I was in Italy.
Money for nothing
A/C in room did not work. Be sure to put correct number of people on reservation; price almost doubled for second person.
If you need to check in late due to a late night flight this is a good option because they will be flexible. The location was excellent as far as tourist attractions and Termini bus station go. It was a 35 min walk to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and about 20 to Colosseum. However, if I were to be returning at night I would not feel very safe because of the type of people who are around that area. Witnessed a man take a woman's sunglasses out of her hands while walking to lunch and got tons of whistles from sketchy guys. Definitely was more creepy than flattering and made me watch my belongings.
If you are a light sleeper like me do not book here unless you want to be waken up at 7 am with housekeeping scooting beds around from down the hall. Walls are paper thin and it is a good thing we had quieter neighbors or else we would have been up on hours end. Most staff seemed friendly, however they have some strange rule where you have to give the hotel key back to reception when yo go out and get it back when you come back. I was definitely not informed of this at check in and when I didn't do that I was condescendingly told of it. When I did give them the key and get it back they didn't ask for my name or anything, which my friend pointed out is kind of scary considering someone could just say a room number and take all of our stuff if they were aware of the hotel's policy. Breakfast was alright...mainly snacky foods like pastries and bread and jam, however in fairness they tell you that so you aren't walking in with the misconception that it's more.
The staff was not friendly but ok. On my check-out the receptionist told me that I haven't paid, even though I had paid through bookings.com site. We had a 10 min. conversation. I should him my hotel confirmation e-mail and the sms from my bank confirming me being charged, he kept arguing with me saying that this is only to ensure my reservation!! Uncalled for. It is worth noting that he was an older guy, so my guess is that he doesn't understand the process. I was running to catch my flight so this was uncalled for at all.
