Italian and English menus are available. Francesca will help you to choose the suitable food, according to the season and to specific needs. Meal cost EUR 30 p.p. including a bottle of good wine.

In the apartment pax antica there 1 french bedroom en suite with shower, 1 double or twin bedrooom, 1 double or twin bedroom en suite with shower, 1 bathroom with tub and washing machine. Every bedroom has got fan ventilation and table-habillè for private breakfast. In each bathroom there is courtesy service, kleenex, soap, hairdryer,.
In a wardrobe in front of the entrance of the big bathroom, there's a medical box with cream, also for sun, soap for washing machine and by hand, changing lamps, 2 brushes for shoes one for clothes, 2 toilet papers, all necessary for clening the apartment, a basket for the clothes (the towel is in in the garden), iron with ironing board.

Our villas are situated on the top of a beautiful hill, near a little village called Fiore. The area around our gardens and pools is filled with woods, ancient castles and towers. I imagine that the soul of Umbria, truly the green heart of Italy, may rest in the ancient stone walls of Todi with its spectacular views of the enchanted hills and valleys. It is a place to renew one's spirit.
