Main courses are equally impressive. There is succulent braised pork, stuffed chops, Sicilian beefsteak and traditional local Ragusan sausage. All of these consort with the magnificent Baroque speciality of a generous helping of mixed roast meats accompanied by herbs and grilled local vegetables.
To complete the meal, the delicious desserts on offer include Cannoli di Ricotta flavoured with Marsala wine, mousses, Cassata Siciliana, lemon sorbet and Crema di Ricotta, the latter made with fresh milk from Sicily’s flourishing dairy industry.

We were made welcome by a very friendly and efficient family of staff. Breakfast was very good. Parking, but this is a problem in most Sicillian towns. The hotel was helpful and let us park in the games court ! |

Good location in Ragusa Ibla and pretty interior. Wireless was included in the room rate. Was not told that I would be charged a higher rate when I called immediately after booking to extend my stay. Fruits at breakfast were not the best. |

Very near to the bus station (you can come to this hotel by the bus numbered 31 or 33, which you can take at the bus terminal where you'll arrive from Catania for Catania Airport). Also very near to the Duomo and the Piazza, and so many good restaurants are there. A little market is useful to buy some bottles of water. But the hotel is actually in a quiet place, I could sleep without any disturbance. |

The hotel is new. The staff very kind. Very clean and with all the conforts. The breakfast buffet w o n d e r f u L. One of the best hotels ever. It deserves more than 3 stars. Absolutely not!!! |

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. It was extremely good value for money for a three star hotel and we thoroughly recommend this hotel for all those who would like to view the beauty of Ragusa Ibla.The only minor drawback is to find your way to it but once there, it was our best stay in Sicily, even vis-a-vis four star hotels. |

Everything from the good location, over the friendly staff and the beautiful rooms, to the very nice breakfast. Parking your car on the narrow sloping street in front of the hotel is a bit awkward. |

An absolutely beautiful hotel, parking in front, a great breakfast included. Outdoor patio, and in the middle of the beautiful old city of Ragusa, makes touring the town easy. Owners great and helpful. |

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage in der Innenstadt von Ragusa Ibla. Es bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre und ansprechende Zimmer. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig. Bei unserem Aufenthalt fand im Konferenzraum eine Feier statt, die den Schlaf doch erheblich störte.Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas mehr bieten. |
