The setting was beautiful and Reception staff very helpful.
We had to wait for over an hour for for a salad and sandwich during a not too busy lunch time and when the sandwich finally arrived it was not the one we ordered!
It is a lovely place at a wonderful location. Top quality. Excellent food.
Nothing to regret
Location, Rooms, Beds, Design.
Some staff great and others pleasant but lazy. For the money they charge they need to step up their service level.
Everything I didn't mention in the box for things I didn't like:-)
1. After every drink we had, no waiter was available (at the whole bar area) to provide the bill....we always had to call for someone... 2. That the SPA is used in bathing suits. This is not hygienic at all... 3. Asked for a running track at the reception on which I've been chased by several dogs
A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. We stayed 1 night here. It is a very relaxing hotel with great spa facilities.
Free WIFI, Nice spacious rooms, very beautiful location for some R and R, helpful and very knowlegble staff
breakfast selection was weak
The hotel designer's fondness of red. Room and hotel is stunning, but the red colour is too prevalent around the hotel for my taste.
The view was excellent and the staffs were helpful and responsive when we encountered a problem.
The attention to detail was a far cry from other five star hotels I was used to. While the service and the hotel was acceptable for a four star, they were definitely not up to par for the amount I paid. To name a few, the tv was broken when I first arrived. There was no one to help us unload our luggages from our car when we arrived. There was no centralized temperature control. We had to open the window when the room was too hot etc. In addition, the light control panel was too difficult to understand. Took me a few minutes to turn on the right lights in my room.
