nice location, very friendly staff (one nice lady), . In general not bad value for money taking in consideration hotel prices in Rome the room with the window to the yard is better then with the window on the street - not so noisy, but sounds and smells from the restaurant kitchen on the ground floor also not so pleasant |

We had an excellent experience here. Like other reviews on here, we were offered the choice to move to apartments owned by the hotel down the street. I cannot comment on the hotel rooms, but the apartments, were a great deal for the money paid. We and the couple we traveled with were put in side by side apartments that offered great space with a kitchenette, sofa, private bath, and bedroom. We were given soap and body wash, towels, extra blankets, and a TV (no English channels!). Maria checked us in and was very kind (English wasn't the best but no problem communicating) Colisseum was a 5 min walk and nothing was over a 10euro cab ride.We loved it here! FYI: From Ciampino airport to hotel cabs are only 30euros!We got ripped off, be careful! The apartments were quite cold in November and we couldn't figure out how to adjust the heat (no hotel personnel/desk at the apts to ask)! The fact that the floors weren't carpeted only made getting ready in the morning colder. The water pressure in the shower was a little painful at times and the beds weren't the most comfortable, but great value for the rate we paid. |

Good location and nice staff. Room was quite big and clean. We couldn't open the window for fresh air since it opened onto a restaurant kitchen and we were overwhelmed with cooking smells. |

They gave us a larger room, with a small kitchen. The ceilings was high with beautiful exposed wooden structure. They had some local cool bars, designer shops and fashion shops in the area, which we enjoyed. We got our room when we arrived at 12 am and they did not complain or charge extra as we accidentially sleep in to 1 pm of the leaving day. They moved us 3 streets down to another flat, where they had some more rooms. This meant here was no internet connection and you were far from the reception. |

The hotel location was great!!! When we got there there weren't any rooms available but Maria, the housekeeper, solved it fast and with a great smile on her face. Her services during the next couple of days were impecable! |

The location was very good, very central but in a quiet street (although not at the address advertised). The rooms where clean, nicely decorated, fairly large and had an equipped kitchen. Excellent service! The bed in one of the rooms was uncomfortable, and it was a little cold inside. |

Nice little hotel in a quiet street in a very attractive neighbourhood full of cafes, restaurants and music bars.Just 15' on foot from the centre and 5' from the Metro station and 10' from Termini. From Termini to DaVinci airport is 30' by train(11 Ε) and 1 h.by bus(8E). Noice from the supermarket across the street early in the morning. |

Il Boschetto is ideally situated in a nice part of the city (Monti). All "must see" sites are close by (walking distance) as well as restaurants and shops. Good value for this rate at such a central location. We did not have breakfast at Il Boschetto (possible but limited) as their are lots of nice little cafe's to go in the morning close to the place. We visited Il Boschetto in October and even then it was a bit warm (too little oxygen) in the room at night. When opening the windows it turned out to be too noisy. Bit of a catch. |

The hotel had a central position close to many sight-seeing spots. It was relatively cheap. The staff was flexible and helpful. The street was very noisy. Boisterous transport to a neightbouring mini-marked from 04 in the morning. A fresh mini-bread/chiabatta or similar in the morning would have raised the level of the breakfast a lot. |

The location is great. Price-quality relation is good enough. The apartment we got was big enough for us. Well kitchen facilities. Recomended to people who need only a bed to stay at night, and they would spend the whole day outdoors. The whole neighbourhod is old, and our building is one of the oldest. No phone, so to talk to the housekeeper in the office (which was 200 m far of our apartment) we had to walk to there. Poor breakfast but fair for 2 euros. Broken A.C in the bedroom, thanks to give us a ventilator. Really nice plasma TV but unfortunately bad programmed, and the one in the bedroom was without remote control, and stopped working in the last night. As we were far away from the hotel building, we didn't get the WiFi internet we wanted, and that was the most what bothered us. |

This was a new experience for me as it was an apartment turned into guest rooms, so not what I was expecting, The experience was wonderful and it gave a real roman feel to the holiday and I didn't feel like a tourist but part of the city. I would like to go back and I would stay here again and have already recommended the city and Boschetto II, Maria appears to have an enjoyment about what she does and it shows, she has no English but we communicated well enough and was eager to please and very helpful, Our shower was broken which she pointed out to us and it was rectified as soon as humanly possibly, possibly a better service than had in a hotel. The ambiance was excellent. |

Nothing - I was very happy that we only booked 1 night. I wanted to leave right away. I did not like anything about the hotel. It was not easy to find. There were no signs for the hotel. The air conditioner leaked a lot and spread out onto a wide area of the hardwood floor. We could not use the air conditioner nor the fan that night because of it and it was boiling hot. We were unhappy. When we complained about it, the owner only took off 8 euros for the damage and told us that we should've called on her to change rooms. But we only discovered the leak at midenight when we came home after an exhausting day of sight-seeing and didn't think we should disturb her at that late hour. So, we were upset with the hotel. |

Location of the hotel was great (5 mins from the Collesium), the housekeeper was very friendly but the staff do not speak great English which is a great opportunity to try out a little Italian. You have to look for the Door number and not the Hotel name but once you find the B and B, you are set. |

The hotel was very close to most attractions (a walk away) and close to bus stops that would take you into town, The staff were very friendly and helpful even though there was a language barrier. The room was spacious and cute with carefully designed furniture. Overall the hotel was great in terms of value, space, friendliness of staff and location - even the local streets were lovely to walk through. I would definately recommend this hotel. |

Very accommodating staff in form of Maria. Even so she hardly speaks English and we did not speak any Italian, communication was well possible. She immediately changed our room seeing the difficulty we had with our baby stroller on the stair case and gave us a nice room in the lower level. A great place right in the city 10 min to Trevi Fountain, 7 Min to the Colosseum - we did nearly all by walking. |
