Warm friendly atmosphere, staff very helpful. Lovely lakeside setting with beautiful views from the lounges, and dining areas. Our room had a lovely view of the lake and balcony. Large free carpark. Very good value for money. Nothing.

The location is ideal to visit the many small walled towns in this area, The view from our balcony was spectacular a full 360 deg of the lake from up high, The owner was.helpful and very accommodating as were the test of the staff. The hotel has large resterant down stairs which creates a fair amount of noise, the rooms are also not sound insulated and were quite noisy.

Friendly staff, nice view to the lake. We didn't have air conditioner in the room and ceiling fan was a bit noisy. Bathroom was clean but pretty modest. Good to stay if you want to stay at Bolsena, but we wnated to travel around anr realized it was better to stay closer to Sienna

The view from the balcony onto the lake is superb. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant serves great food (and value for money). It's nice that the rooms have a personal touch, rather than a standard "hotel" look. We were there during a heat wave, and airco would have been nice. The fan alone couldn't cope with the heat.

A wonderful place at a quiet location. Friendly and helpful people, great restaurant. Did a long trip of Italy and if there's one place we will return to, it's this one! Shower is slightly cramped when we're nitpicking, but that's all really.

The room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony over Lake Bolsena was beautiful. We took a drive to the village of Marta - further around the lake - and had a beautiful meal at one of the lakeside restaurants and a stroll through the market. The evening meal at Il Caminetto Resort was unfortunately not great so I probably wouldn;t recommend eating at the restaurant.

Upon arrival, 8 in the evening, we were both speechless when we saw the view from the parking. During our stay the view of the lake was absolutely magnificent and the service of the staff was splendid. They were all very nice, and we really got the impression the would do anything to make your stay unforgettable. The breakfast is a tiny bit small; there is not too much choice with the buffet but it is okay for when you're a sweet tooth. When you prefer something bit heaver in the morning something is missing. Ofcourse we were not during high season so maybe this is is different then but it's certainly not a deal breaker.

The view of the lake. The lack of heating in the bathroom (and the heating in the room only came on in the evening and the room was practically in the cellar, it was very cold, only one piece of carpet on the floor didn't make the room warm). Despite the information given about the avalability of wifi it did not work (no wonder, the room was 2 floors down in the cellar). Along with a view of the lake came a view below our room of lounging sofas, one of which had a big pile of dog shit on it, covered with flies. It was obvious that it had been there for a while. Access to the rooms is uncomfortable with luggage, although the staff did help when we arrived. You have to ask for bread at breakfast. The room was directly underneath the kitchen and the owner apologised without our complaining in the morning for the noise from the kitchen, above heads. If hadn't been so tired we could not have fallen asleep.

Soggiorno piacevole con vista mozzafiato sul Lago di Bolsena. La struttura è affacciata sul verde e sul lago, della cui vista si può godere anche dagli ambienti in comune. L'arredamento è curatissimo e tutto di gran gusto, curato nei dettagli e nei colori. Il ristorante interno serve piatti della cucina tradizionale con prodotti di ottima qualità ed un'attenzione al servizio da sottolineare. Tutti sono gentilissimi: dalle "padrone di casa" alle ragazze in sala. Torneremo sicuramente.

cordialità del personale e buon rapporto prezzo qualità posizione bellissima ristorante molto buono nella camera dove ho soggiornato non c'era l'impianto aria condizionata; credo che in estate potrebbe rappresentare un problema

Tanta cordialità e utili informazioni turistiche da parte dello staff. Cucina ottima, colazione abbondante. Bella vista sul lago di Bolsena dalla stanza molto grande. Carina l'idea di avere in stanza una decina di libri a disposizione. Se proprio devo essere pignola l'areazione forzata in bagno faceva un rumore stridente quando veniva accesa, per poi tornare silenziosa dopo neanche un minuto.
