Il Campano is fabulous and one of the best places we stayed at on our trip to Italy. Marco and Milva are exceptional hosts and welcomed us warmly. They also provided a plate of snacks and drinks of choice which was wonderful. The place is spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail is remarkable. The terrace is huge with gorgeous views and you have your own private entrance. We used it as a base to explore neighbouring towns, Lucca being about half an hour's drive away. We had a rental car which I'd recommend. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again... Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
