All modern facilities in a very old residential building in the centre of historic Arezzo; quiet & comfortable; you feel an Arezzo resident; perfect base for exploring "Chiantishire"; Stefano is an owner who understands & really delivers on customer service - thank you Stefano!

pure cotton sheets would have been the icing on the cake

Great location both for Arezzo, Cortona and Siena, modern, attentive owner.

Right in the center of town, so easy access to shops, restaurants and attractions. Loved the style of the apartment...old and new well blended. Great personal attention by Stefano, including a ride from the car park when arrived, so we didn't have to carry our luggage.

Car park was a good walk. But if you don't need to make a quick exit, and the weather is good, no problem. Street was a bit noisy Saturday night, but we managed.

The apartment is a perfect mix of the historic with original stone walls complemented by sleek Italian design and tasteful decoration. It is comfortable and the perfect location in the heart of Arezzo. We will stay here again. Don't miss the monthly antique market that is right at your door and fills the town.

There was nothing we didn't like but I did not understand since we couldn't read the Italian signs that because of the historic designation of the area, we needed to park and walk in. No problem after the initial checkin because free parking is close by. Be sure to ask Stephano (who is vey helpful) to confirm best strategy for checkin.
