Almost nothing. Only the location, that is in the heart of Bologna center. Near to all the shops, restaurants and sight seeing.

1. It was really dirty (the shared bathrooms were never cleaned, they were full of hair, wcs were not clean... It was quite owful, especially in the morning) 2. the single room was incredibly small, bedsheet and quilt were dirty (with hair and some black spots) the 2 towels they gave me had hair in it. and the tyle of towel was not appropriate for a hotel, not even for a swimming pool or the beach. in the room there was a strange toxic smell (i had to sleep with the window wide open even if it was cold because it was just unhealthy to smell) 3. the breakfast was not too great 4. the staff was not so helpfull and you ahd to pay all the extras (if you arrived even little later than the check in, photocopies and prints were quite expensive etc) 5. The hotel look is not so nice. it seams to be an old spa or beautician.

My booking was with a Basilica view but they wanted to give me a very small room which has only a bed. They said that my room is occupied! I booked my room on MARCH.And also they didn't know and couldn't checked when I booked. By the way, they want 20 euro for deposit their big keys. I learnt this when I put my luggage in my room. And you can put your luggage in the hotel until 2 P.M. Aftre 2 P.m, if you put your luggage in the hotel you should pay 5 euro. They want to take money for everything in this small hotel. I have never seen this before! Also staff doesn't remain in possession of the field.

There was no hot water in the shower on the second night. There was 1 shower between many rooms.

Walls slightly too thin so the noise is heard from one room to another

The localization is very good, near the Piazza Maggiore and with historical buildings and restaurantes near by. I like the fact that the price was very low considering a individual room.

Internet was fast and free, the problem was when I shut my room's door, the signal would go weak and it'd slow down. The temperature was a bit high on my room, and i couldn't regulate it.

Good location, straight in the middle of the city, next to the aereobus. Clean!

I could not use the kitchen

Price was good compared to other options. Woman who assisted me was very nice and spoke English very well. She also accommodated my very early airport departure by arranging my taxi (which was on time) and a packaged breakfast with fruit (actually more food than I needed!). Very clean and comfortable. Well decorated.

Towels were very rough. I thought they were made of loofah, but they were probably just line dried. They were clean though, which is the important thing!

Pretty new b&b, room and bathroom cleaned daily, friendly staff, perfect location, very close to the gorgeous Piazza Maggiore.

Neither a table nor a chair in my room, breakfast could have been more abundant considering the price I paid.

The room was clean and the areas had a nice presentation. The location is excellent.

The breakfast was very poor; The room had nowhere to put my towel to dry or even to seat to write or eat a snack (no table nor chair); The shared bathroom did not work well and was not very clean...

Praticamente il miglior prezzo di tutta Bologna in pieno centro. Comodissimo, anche per la possibilità di avere le chiavi in mano e riconsegnarle liberamente a fine soggiorno lasciandole sul tavolo (anche se non era chiarissimo quest'ultimo passaggio, ho dovuto chiedere a una cliente che parlava francese perchè la receptionist non mi aveva detto questa cosa, ma vabè).

Il bagno in comune, anche se non era uno solo. Ma d'altronde a questo prezzo solo il convento di San Martino è in grado di garantire un bagno apposito. Inoltre purtroppo le dimensioni di questo albergo lo rendono spesso non disponibile.

位置不错，但是很难找，问了很多人都不知道。其实就隐藏在老城区的小路上。

前台不是总有人，可以寄存行李，只免费到下午两点。 单人间里面连个桌子都没有，只有一张床和一个衣柜。 早餐只能选一份。薄薄的吐司，多了没有，基本吃不饱的。

Posizione top. Molto pulito. Per dormire una notte è perfetto. Molto economico.

Posto quasi introvabile! Non cè insegna e per trovare il campanello devi avere fantasia, no parcheggio in strada, solo garage (15€), parcheggi a pagamento lontani, due bagni in comune, pareti inesistenti, se ti giri nel letto ti sentono nell'altra stanza! Quindi non per bambini, anziani, valigie pesanti, non per coppie. Per il resto è perfetto.

El personal muy atento, servicio excelente.

Para mi es esencial que la cama sea confortable. Para una noche puede pasar.

Toeslag voor laat (na 19.00 uur!) inchecken. Ontbijt pas mogelijk vanaf 08.15 uur. Enorm dunne gehorige wand tussen twee kamers die ook nog eens licht doorlaat...

Soltanto la posizione

Accoglienza pessima, camera impresentabile. Dopo aver pagato, in anticipo, prima di poter vedere la struttura, sono andata via. Non lo consiglierei nella maniera più assoluta.

-Il prezzo -la posizione!! A due passi dal duomo!stupendo -la pulizia -c'è una televisione in comune, e delle macchinette dopo oltre a patatine,merendine e qualcosa da bere si possono trovare pure tortellini,polpette e lasagne!naturalmente c'è un microonde dove riscaldarle

-La camera?piccolisssiiimaaaa -devi lasciare la valigia? No problem, ma fino alle14! Poi si paga5euro!!! -La descrizione della camera diceva che dalla mia finestra potevo vedere il campanile..bè..forse avrei potuto..peccato che l'albergo è quasi a pianoterra e quindi l'unica cosa che si vede sono I muri degli altri palazzi!! -Non è molto semplice individuarlo dato che non ci sono indicazioni

ottima posizione, in pieno centro e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. staff molto educato e cortese. possiblità di rientrare all'ora che si vuole. camere pulite e attrezzate.

la colazione è stata troppo povera. inoltre, bisogna essere più rigidi nel far rispettare la pulizia agli altri clienti, non è possibile lasciare il bagno pieno di orme di fango e pieno di schiuma per terra. non penso che a casa loro facciano così.

La posizione e la pulizia

Il Castello Room and Breakfast Boutique non è un b&b ma è una casa che qualcuno ha ben pensato di adibire alla meno peggio a tale scopo. Fuori non c'è neanche un'insegna. La nostra stanza stando ai prezzi di booking.com doveva costare 79 euro a notte ma noi l'abbiamo pagata il 40% in meno. Una stanza senza tv o aria condizionata divisa dalla stanza accanto non da un muro ma da due enormi mobili in legno bianco e una porta a vetri (fortunatamente opaca). Il pezzo forte è stato scoprire che non potevamo alzare o abbassare la serranda della finestra poichè in comune con la stanza accanto. I comandi infatti erano solo dall'altra parte e non è stato piacevole scoprirlo alle 7 del mattino quando l'altra ospite si è svegliata e ha fatto entrare "un po' di luce in camera". Colazione di scarsa qualità e quantità, pochi bagni e muri (quelli che c'erano) molto fini, si sentiva qualsiasi rumore.
