a quite comfortable location away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The location is great if you like to walk thru the vineyard and relax

Staff at check in was not friendly at all. The property could have been kept up a bit more (bushes could have been trimmed, apartment seemed like it was empty for a bit and it seemed like it was a bit dirty.

Friendly, helpful staff-speak English Wonderful setting Montepulciano gorgeous, lots to explore in the area. Lovely breakfasts with a view- sweet pastries, fruit, cheese and meats. Pool great. Beds so comfy and the shutters kept rooms cool and dark at night for great sleep. Quiet and peaceful.

Unmettalled road to approach property- against hire -car rules! Worst approaching from Northern entry to the road but 2nd entry nearer to Montepulciano has very sharp bend to enter if coming from North. No damage done.

The accommodations were spacious, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The wine tour was excellent and the manger gave a terrific tour. Both families bought several bottles of the wonderful wine. We are planning on another stay in the future.

The agriturismo is in a beautiful location but not well marked from the street. We had difficult time finding the road when returning from dinner.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, distance to town was very close and made short trips into town quick and easy. Breakfast was typical light food.

Booked the Villa which was located above the living area of the owner. Very low ceilings with lots of dust and cobwebs. With severe allergies or asthma this is an absolute deal killer. Fortunately they were able to relocate us to 2 apartments onsite which were cleaner and provided views of the town and country side. Water heater temperature was dangerous, went from freezing cold to scalding without warning throughout the shower. Low water pressure, small clothes washer :(

We were very late arriving and Ivan was very understanding. Enjoyed staying on farm. Room was great-old farmhouse with kitchen and two bed rooms right next to breakfast patio with lovely view of Toscana.

We should have stayed more than one night! Didn't realize they had wine tasting there.

    Location and view were outstanding.

Pool was dirty and not useable in 34deg heat, no air conditioning in rooms, and half hour wait for hot water first time.

Cavalierino is a fantastic family run farm and vineyard. Our family of five spent four days there and enjoyed every minute. Sanjay and Lorena provide spacious apartments with full kitchens and they maintain beautiful grounds. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and had all the items we needed to cook there, breakfast was provided everyday. The views from our windows was amazing. Cavalierino was very laid back and was a great getaway. They have animals on the farm, their grapes and olives grow all around you, and they provide tours of their facilities and wine tastings. You are about 5-10 minutes from the town of Montepulciano which has a great little city center. It is ideally located for small day trips to the outlying towns. We enjoyed everything about our stay there.

    We enjoyed everything there.

staff were great, Ivan the manager speaks very good English and his wife is also a great communicator. the apartments are a good size, very comfortable beds, great wi-fi connection. fabulous views to Montepulciano. The gym is good, enclosed in glass so you can enjoy the view as you work out. Weather was not warm enough to enjoy the pool but it looked great. We did a wine tasting (very generous serves) and took a look at the workings of the winery, very interesting. They also have pigs and make all their own prosciutto, everything is organic. Having your own transport is a must as very hilly area and no local transport.

The kitchen was a bit impractical as pots/pans/plates etc were all in the dining/lounge room. Could be problem for someone with a family who wants to make more than a sandwich for lunch or need to cook dinner eg we needed to place a chair under the kettle to boil water for an early cup of tea as plug half way up the wall and no bench. We managed. Our bathroom had no natural light as window under stairs to the upper level, got a bit stuffy, but no real drama. As we stayed for 8 nights we found breakfasts a bit boring, in addition to cornflakes or yoghurt there was only cheese and prosciutto (2 or 3 kinds), with bread or packets of toast, would have loved an egg, but we certainly did not have to go hungry.

I cannot tell how wonderful this place is. Ivan and his family extended every courtesy to us. Beautiful location. Their own vineyard (take the tour) quiet, beautiful views. Family owned, they really opened up their hearts to us, we felt right at home. Beautiful, wonderful, a must!!!! Stay here!

    Having to leave!

We had a great stay here. Only five minute drive to Montepulciano. The breakfast was great (cheese, homemade salamis, homemade jams, and great pastries). Very charming, simple, and clean. The 2 bedroom apartment was large and nicely renovated. My son says "the pool was awesome." They took us on a great tour of the vineyard, winery, and livestock and ended with free tasting of the wines. Wifi worked great, even at the pool. Recommended.

Like others, we experienced swings in the shower water temperature. Otherwise, nothing wrong with our stay!

Pool, location as base for 2-3 days, especially to relax awhile. Breakfast was pleasant.

Although the welcome page stated cleaned between guests, there was a row of dead bugs on the back edge of a white couch that made you not want to lean back and the shower could stand some upgrading, even if "Agrituriso", as its still over 180 U.S. a night.
