On its own private beach, Il Conero Mare is in the Marche region. It offers free parking and a free shuttle to and from Ancona Station and Airport. This residence on the Riviera del Conero features air conditioned apartments with either a balcony or patio. Each one has an equipped kitchenette with dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and DVD player. Guests can enjoy Italian cuisine and traditional Marche flavors at Conero Mare's restaurant. Meals can also be served at the beach during summer. Services at Il Conero also include free Wi-Fi in public areas and free bike rental. The staff offer a ticket service and can organize tours and free excursions to the Conero National Park. Me and three close friends (two of whom have over 65 years) stayed at the residence at the backend of our Italy tour so as not to need a vacation from our vacation. We all returned back to our homes and work as rested as possible. The residence proprietors and staff are like a family and they attract many young families. We felt close to everyone immediately. Of us four, I speak some italian, but we all felt a connection with the proprietors and their staff. They all went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The convenience of having a family friendly priced restaurant attached to and operated by the residence was appreciated. A stay at the residence is for all a terrific value which might be hard to reserve as word spreads.

Owners were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The only problem we had was that everything was an extra to the standard meal menu ie drinks a pudding etc. No prices given but the invoice was presented at the end of the stay.

The staff at the hotel were lovely. The best. They were very helpful. I could not be more happy and will certainly recommend this as a lovely place to stay. The rooms could be a bit niosy depending on your neighbours as they were clearly designed to be comfortable in hot weather. The food at the hotel was good decent Italian fayre. It is truly right on the beach. A very nice resort, Great range of restaurants and bar in the locality . Also a handy supermarket down the road. Take advantage of the bikes and cycle on the mainly flat roads. Just 15 minutes stroll to the main town of Numana , which is just wonderful. We had a great break and will go again

La possibilità di usufruire degli appartamenti fino alla sera. Avrei preferito tutti e due gli appartamenti fronte mare, oppure un costo minore di quello che si trovava fronte strada.

La cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari. Si potrebbero migliorare alcuni dettagli. Si tratta tuttavia di "peccati veniali" ampiamente compensati dalla cordialità dei proprietari. Soggiorno comunque molto piacevole. Probabilmente ci torneremo.

La cordialità e la disponibilità dei titolari, la posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia e sulla via principale di Marcelli, la prossimità al Parco del Conero e a perle dell'Adriatico quali Numana e Sirolo, la vicinanza a Loreto e al Santuario della Santa Casa (motivo del viaggio). L'appartamento (monolocale) dava direttamente sulla spiaggia, pulito, con accesso privato. Disponibilità di posteggio gratuito. Collegamento WiFi gratuito (con possibilità di disporre di "netbook" gratuiti da richiedere in reception). Vacanza indimenticabile. Avremmo voluto provare il ristorante ma era chiuso.

Le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique, la chambre était très propre et l’hôtel sur la plage. Ils nous ont même mis un lit parapluie pour mon petit garçon alors que je n'en avait pas fait la demande. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et j'imagine qu'en été elle doit être bruyante, par contre il n'y avait pas de rideaux et de ce fait les personnes passant devant pouvaient voir dans la pièce. La prochaine fois je prendrais une chambre avec vue sur la mer.

Расположен прямо на море.Очень хорошо оборудованная кухня. Очень тонкие перегородки,высокая слышимость соседей.Канализация очень сильно шумит,ночью спать мешает постоянный шум воды в трубах

Posizione ottima sulla spiaggia e molto vicino alla città. Cortesia dello staff. Pulizia dell'appartamento, ben fornito di suppellettili e adeguatamente arredato. Colazione completa con dolce e salato. Cucina varia e di buona qualità. Vivamente consigliato per famiglie con bambini, ma anche per chi ha voglia di divertirsi nel periodo estivo.

Nous avons passé une semaine en demi-pension avec nos 2 petits (3 ans et 6 mois),et c'était tout simplement superbe !!! tant au niveau de l'accueil,de la nourriture(exquise et variée),les propriétaires et le personnel sont adorables,nous avons vraiment apprécié l'ambiance familliale et détendue de l'établissement,hygiène irréprochable,tout est nickel...la plage est superbe avec plage privée,parasol et transat à disposition.nos enfants ont séjournés gratuitement,tant pour les petits lits que pour les repas...vraiment un établissement à recommender vivement.On y retournera sûrement l'année prochaine. Grazie mille carla & andrea ... super !!!

Struttura nuova e direttamente sul mare. Posizionato al centro di Marcelli, che non è numana, ma dalla quale dista un paio di km di piacevole passegiata lungo mare. Servizio buono, si potrebbe migliorare l'aspetto legato al menù: a volte lo chef propone piatti un pò troppo invernali. Per il resto tutto ok.

Vicinanza al mare: il residence si trova praticamente sulla spiaggia. Pulizia delle camere. Cortesia e disponibilità di tutto lo staff: ci siamo sentiti veramente come a casa. Mezza pensione ottima: piatti molto ricchi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
