We loved Il Covo! The staff were wonderful and accomodating. Our flight left really early in the morning and they were nice enough to package up our breakfast the night before. It was quite, cute, and the location was perfect.

The hair dryer was not strong enough. I have long hair and it took me 45 minutes to dry it!

The room was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Walking distance to transport, food, internet cafe, and many attractions.

Location was perfect, staff were polite, helpful and informative, they recommended great little restaurant round the corner,the room was quiet, plenty of room for the three of us and it was cleaned with fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was in the square round the corner, which was a perfect start to the day, relaxing outside watching the world go by. Returning hopefully in October

helpful staff, great big shower, refrigerator in room. We had to leave before breakfast, so they packed us up one the night before!

The hotel is very clean, they had no problems with the cold/warm water, the hotel staff was very nice and kind. The Cavour station (linea B) is close to the hotel.

The shower room is very small and the door is very difficult to unlock. The cubic pavement on the streets near by is very hard, so you cannot ware high heels or uncomfortable shoes. No supermarkets around the hotel, only bars and café bars.

Il Covo B&B is not located in the one building. Our room was located in a residential building on a different street from the reception, which was a little confusing when we were checking in. Once we were familiar with the building and area we were really happy with the room and location. Breakfast was at a cafe in a lovely square at the end of the street.

Reception is only open during the day. For any issues that occur outside this time you have to go to the cafe were breakfast is provided.

I liked having our own refridgerator and that's about it.

Very limited hours of the front desk, I didn't like that I had to give
them my passport and tried to get them to make a copy and keep the copy
but they refused. Our room was in a separate building, on the main floor
which was very loud with the main door of the building and the street.
The road the hotel was on was under construction so we had to lug all of
our luggage along dirt and potholes.

Hotel very well situated between main railway station and the Colosseum. Good breakfast in nearby bar. The owner/manager is most helpful and full of information about places to visit and where to eat. All excellent recommendations.
