Pablo (owner) very easy going and helpful, swimming pool available, decently sized room and bathroom, ventilator in the room - we didnt miss a/c

Many bugs at pool, country odor (horses, cows very nearby), anciently furnished room

Clean, remarkable spot in the region. The personal on spot will do anything possible to be helpful if you're asking for info, or if you're lost when searching the way to Il Ducato!

Owner was very friendly and helpful, and spoke English. Nice tile bathroom and bathtub. Need a car, but easy drive up to old Cortona, and also to other hill top towns.

No screens on windows, there were mosquitos.

Whistle-clean, newly appointed facility with the quiet/beauty of the Tuscan wine region. Proximity to medieval town of Cortona and other communes. Exceptional staff/ownership was extra friendly and helpful. We sunbathed poolside, played frisbee in the yard and enjoyed the picturesque landscape. It felt simultaneously remote and convenient (Cortona, Camucia). Visit neighbor Bracchi winery, Il Falconiere, if you drink exquisite Italian wine. A step away from touristy Tuscany.

Nothing. You'll need a car to visit this area (train station in Camucia, but does not get you up to Cortona).
