Good service. Well priced.
Never had internet service. Many excuses on this respect.
location very helpful, pleasant staff hefty (albeit monotonous) breakfast air conditioning wi-fi
small basic rooms weak air conditioning
receptionist was super helpful place is super central
nearby families were very noisy, which is not Fascino di Roma's fault.
Had a great stay..Eddie Marco and Antonella really looked after us with local knowledge of where sites were, and eddie makes a mean cappuccino. Clean rooms close to everything. nice place great breakfasts. Thanks again guys well done.
Not really anything to gripe about.
The staff was very friendly and helpful staff, one of the best experience we encountered during our 12 days trip in Italy. They will not hesitate to assist and provide information. It is a great location close to the metro. The room was clean but very small, a bit of disappointment. The hotel provided good breakfast with fresh pastries every morning. Overall it was a great stay and enjoyable.
The room was much smaller than expected.
The location was great to move around city! Kind and helpful staff!!!
Close to the train station and metro Very helpful and kind staff
the suite was VERY SMALL for a family of 6 problems with the WiFi which only worked sporadically problems with the air conditioning for half our stay with a terrible smell in the room
The location. Reception staff very friendly. Great windowbehind bed - good for drying clothes when you are travelling.
The breakfast wasn't very good. Quality of food was quite poor. Noise from other rooms was audible. The rooms were situated around the breakfast room which was noisy from early in the morning.
Location excellent Can take family of 5 in one room Very friendly and helpful staff
Plumbing problem in ensuite meant there was an unpleasant smell. Stayed 1 night only so tolerable.
Very clean, a lift was available, good breakfast, good location, staff was helpful and friendly, wi-fi was strong... it was overally very quaint.
Our room overlooked Via Firenze and it was very noisy at night. It did not keep us up, though... but perhaps ask for a room not overlooking this main street if you want a very quiet night. This would not hinder me from staying there again, though.
Lokation is very good. Close to everything
Sound isolation in rooms is terrible! We could hear people next door when they are talking and what are they talk about. It was unbeliveble how bad the sound isolation was.
The location was great, could walk to most attractions, even with a young child. Staff at front desk very helpful.
Could only get wifi in dining room. But all in all could not complain. Would recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was GREAT! Staff were SUPER FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! Rooms were very cute.
Our particular bed had loose slats. So in the middle of the night, if you would move around the slat would slip out and then you have essentially an unsupported bedframe, but we let them know. The wifi was tough and mobile connection was non-existent, but that's cause the walls are so thick! Can't do much about that!
Staff were kind
Our room was filthy, cob webs and an awful smell, could not get rid of the smell
Did not have 24 hr front desk
Staff was a great help and always very friendly, the location was good, close to the train station but still able to walk to almost all the sites in the city.
Wifi was pretty bad, and there was a bad smell coming from the shower drain every time I took a shower.
Location and helpful staff were excellent
Room was pretty small with very little natural light. The singing chef next door did not help when sleeping.
staff (James, Daniel, Mark ) friendly and caring Decent breakfast
Noice level ( kitchen and guests --- so dont expect to sleep after 7 am
Great location and fantastic staff
Street noise at night and poor wifi in rooms
The hotel is very central to everywhere, the Colosseum is a very nice 15 minute stroll away. The staff are friendly and give you a map when you first arrive and show you how to get to all the sites. breakfast is lovely and plentiful.
Very good value, in a good location, very close to Roma Termini, yet quiet. (Noise noted only on one Sunday night, from a nearby establishment). Stellar staff --all extremely helpful and accommodating, James helped me book ourselves to Vatican and Borghese museums (huge help). Marco and Danielle helped me get taxis, including our early morning departure. All are fast in answering email queries. Staff made sure breakfast was available even at 5 AM.
Lack of shelvings in the bathrooms, which can easily be improved.
Well located and friendly staff
bed was uncomfortable
The staff were very friendly and gave extremely helpful advice.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, gave a lot of information about Rome. Location central and breakfast okay.
Unfortunately our room (no 114) was extremely tiny, not enough space for two people.
excellent location, clean room with refrigerator, good size. weri nice and helpful staff
the problem that we had was solved by a hotel manager in a most effective and satisfied way Good management!
